要記憶,一是要有信心,即暗示自己「我能記住」;二是苦練,下大功夫;三是要摸索適合自己的方法。

(1)記憶體操
許多有超常記憶力的人,都有持之以恆的強記知識的習慣。馬克思喜歡背詩歌。他從少年時代起,堅持用一種自己不太熟悉的外語去背誦詩歌,日久天長,他的記憶力越來越強。列夫·托爾斯泰有驚人的記憶力,別人問他原因是什麼,他解釋說是由於自己每天早晨都要強記憶一些單詞或其他內容的知識。他說:「背誦是記憶力的體操」。

(2)朗讀背誦記憶法
學習時一遍接一遍地念,直到熟讀,這種方法,叫朗讀法,也叫誦讀法。對詩詞、外語單詞等高聲朗讀,記憶效果十分好。但誦讀要與背誦想結合,效果會更好。

(3)覆蓋關鍵部分記憶法
先用筆或紙蓋住你認為難以記憶材料的內容,那些被覆蓋的部分自然 無法看見,而再讀這些材料時,可以想出被蓋的部分是什麼內容。實在不能記住,則挪開筆或紙,反復幾次,便記住了。

(4)最初、最後記憶法
心理學中有這樣的實驗:編出毫無意義的字詞15個,定出順序來按此順序復述幾次,每次都把記下來的打「√」,沒能記住的打「×」。實驗結果顯示,差不多都在中間第七或第八個字詞,「×」號較多。也就是說,最初最後的部分較容易記住,中間的一些字句則不管重復幾次都很難記牢。

單側體操記憶法,就是經常做左半身體操,充分發揮右半腦作用,以增強記憶的方法。
心理學實驗表明,左右腦的功能是不同的,大腦右半球相當於一個表象存儲系統,主要記憶各種形象材料,如圖形、閃光、音樂、震動等信息;大腦左半球相當於一個字詞存儲系統,主要記憶語言、文字、抽象符號等。這兩半球的分工不是絕對的,而是互相聯系、互相配合、互相補償的。 右半腦支配左半身,左半腦支配右半身。大部分人愛用右手,因此造成發展不平衡。下面介紹的單側體操,目的在於加強大腦右半球的作用,以擔負部分左半腦的功能。進行單側體操,強化右半腦的功能,減輕左半腦的負擔,把兩半球都利用起來,會收到驚人的記憶效果。
第一節,全神貫注地站立。左手緊握,左腕用力,屈臂,慢慢上舉,然後逐漸還原。反復練習8次。
第二節,仰卧,左腿伸直上抬,將上抬的腿倒向左側,但不碰床。再以相反的順序還原。反復練習8次。

第四節,直立,身體向左側卧,用左手和腳尖支撐,左臂伸直,使身體傾斜,呈筆直側卧伏。屈左膝起身,慢慢還原。反復練8次。
第五,俯卧,蹺起腳尖,用手掌和腳尖支撐身體做俯卧撐,8次。
上述五節單側體操每天應堅持練1~2次。

(6)交談記憶法
和同學一起討論交談最近記憶的知識,是最有效的記憶方法。談話時,交談知識的內容會使自己尚示紮根的記憶和沒有自信的記憶,經過交談變成確實的記憶,會更加牢固地印在腦海。
