1.關於環保
How to stay healthy
Would you like to keep healthy like the others do? Now let me tell you something about staying healthy.
1. Food. To keep yourself healthy, you shouldn't eat something that have too much oil, calory or salt. For that can cause a lot of diseases. The right way to keep healthy is to eat more vegetables and fruits.
2. Exercise. Another way which is always be ignored is to excercise more. An average of steps a normal alt have per day is 10000 - 15000. You'll find yourself more healthy after changing the steps to 15000 - 20000 per day, and you'll get more fit easily by that.
That's my own easy methods of staying healthy. I'll be glad if you have any ideas about that and have a discussion with me!
2.運動
My favorite sport
There are many kinds of sports that I enjoy, such as swimming, running, and dancing. However, the sport that I like most is basketball. When I was in junior high, I started to play basketball in school. At that time, I found I had loved deeply this sport. Now, I would like to watch basketball games as much as I can. The basketball games have given me the most wonderful time in my life.

MySpringFestival
Last year』s Spring Festival is special. My uncle and my aunt came back from Shanghai. My family were very happy to keep the Spring Festival with them. And it was the most exciting festival of all the festivals.
On New Year』s Eve, my father and my uncle talked about their work together. My mum did some cooking with my aunt Grandparents and I watched the New Year TV programmes. At about six o』clock, we had a special family dinner. We all thought the mplings were delicious.
On the first day of the New Year, we visited our relatives. In the afternoon, we went shopping in Jiefanf Road. My uncle bought some Jay』s CDs. He likes Jay』s music very much. There were so many people on the road. It was more alive than any other time of a year.
On the second and the third days, we spent a wonderful weekend in the country. There were much bigger trees than in the city. And the animals were more beautiful than in the city. We all enjoyed ourselves.

4.出遊
An unforgetful trip
I went Chong Qing in July 22.It is a city which was built near mountains. So people call it Mountain City\. In Chong Qing,I went to the Red Stone Center, to see the places which the prisoners lived in the past. It is a terrible and awful trip. There are a lot of dogs, and soldiers with guns near the prisons. And most of the prisons are good, they didn't want to tell the bad people where the other people were. They lived in very small houses. No good food to eat, no good water to drink.They had only twenty minutes to stay out side per day but they still said nothing.
I think they are the heros in that century. I will follow their spirit.

my plan for summer vacation
the longing summer vacation is approaching, it is the best part of the school year for me. i cannot let the holidays elapse (逝去) meaninglessly, my vacation should be a phase (時期、階段) of harvest. the events in my plan should give me a sense of infinite potential.
the following plan may reveal the intensity of my desire to travel, work and study in this vacation. in the first few days i want to climb mount hua shan with several friends to refresh ourselves. then i tend to visit relatives, senior school teachers and former classmates(老同學). besides, to find out the best ways to cultivate my abilities, i will find a part time job and conct some social investigation.
in short, i want to do interesting things in the summer vacation. whatever i do, the goal is the same: to get necessary experience, acquire knowledge and broaden my horizons. though the six week vacation will pass away at lightning speed, its influence is bound to last long.

i spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. i used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation i simply could not afford to do so. i would soon be in the last year of my high-school ecation and would after graation be up against the college entrance examinations. though those examinations were still a year away, i had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things i had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. at first i was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later i thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer i could count on endless happy summers to come. with this in mind i then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. i was not at all bored by this kind of life, for i was sustained by a hope.
the summer vacation had come round again. i was happy that i could forget about school at least for a while. lest i fool around all through this summer vacation, i made a plan as to how to spend it. first, i thought i should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that i could have a better understanding of them. then i thought i should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. it stood to reason that with such a good plan i should make the best of my vacation time. i did, because i lived up to what i had planned.

Today was sunny and i was in a good mood.Tired of studying and a bustle of city life,I came to ecology park to enjoy the gorgeous scenery and get relaxed in the afternoon。
when I arrived at the park ,the first thing came into my sight were the thick green trees，therefore，the air was fresh,in addition， i could clearly see a path skirting along the pond。laying on the lawn which was decorated by a various of followers and seeing the blue sky,I felt at ease because all I wanted was some peace and quiet。All thing formed a beautiful landscape, and you couldn't imagine how romantic they were!
However，with the time passing so quickly，The day(不是sun) was dying in the west. So i had to go back home! I would never forget such a memorable experience, which was really beyond description!

Today the weather was terrible，so I had to stay at home.
In the afternoon，I finished some homework,then I thought that maybe today was very boring。I stared to surf the Internet ,and I found the movie 《Ghost Rider》which was directed by Mark Steven Johnson by accident and then I began to watch it. The movie told us that a lover of motorcycle called Johnny signed an agreement with a demon in order to save relatives『』 lives .However,he lost his spirit and had to work for the demon.Then He used his spell to fight with evil . The movie was so exciting that I couln't be calm 。I would never forget this movie.

I have lost two computers, but I had another one. I bought it about five years ago. It can be called curio. Though it was old. But it can still work. Although it works slowly, I was pleased. I can go on internet again. Chatting with my friends is a good relaxing. In the internet, one of my old friends invited me to tomorrow』s party. He told me that some friends would go, too. It doesn』t matter that the air-conditioner has been broken. But my notebook-computer also was broken. I really don』t know what to do. So I went to play basketball. I didn』t know any one in that place. And I was the first time to go there to play basketball. At first, there was no person playing basketball. So I played basketball alone. A few minutes later, some students came to play. So we played together. Of course, we had a match. And It lasts two hours. After the match, I felt I would be dead. I was too tired.
