強調句型It is/was…that/who 的用法歸納如下：
強調句型可以強調除謂語動詞以外的任何句子成份。一般來說，如果被強調部分是人時，用連詞that或who；如果被強調部分是物，只能用連詞that。 強調句型應避免使用when, where, which 等連詞。
含一般疑問句和特殊疑問句的強調句句型:
① 含一般疑問句的強調句型，其結構為：Is it+被強調部分+that/who+句子的其餘部分？
② 特殊疑問句的強調句型結構形式為：特殊疑問詞+is/was it that/who+句子的其餘部分？
