D. 2020全國英語四六級考試時間確定了嗎到底在幾月

1.2020年上半年CET為何要延期舉行？
答：本次考試延期是考慮到以下兩個方面因素：
一是為了切實保障廣大考生生命安全和身體健康。當前雖然國內疫情防控形勢持續向好，但零星散發病例和局部暴發疫情的風險仍然存在，境外疫情擴散形勢仍然嚴峻，我國疫情輸入壓力持續加大，按原計劃時間組織考試仍存在一定風險，適當延期舉行疫情防控風險相對更小。
二是為了切實保障廣大考生權益。在7月份組織一次CET，可滿足一部分面臨就業、保研、直博等學生的急需。近期部分低風險地區的高校陸續開學復課，教學管理工作正在逐步恢復當中，7月份以後將具備一定的組織考試條件。
2.本次延期為何要分7月和9月兩次舉行？
答：受疫情影響，有部分高校可能無法在9月前組織全體學生到校復課，為盡最大可能向學生們提供同等參加考試的機會，借鑒2003年「非典」期間的CET處理方法，將本次考試分為7月和9月兩次舉行。各省級考試機構及有關高校將在短期內組織力量，全力做好組考和防疫等方面的准備工作，確保兩次組考任務順利實施，最大限度保證考生權益。
3. 7月和9月所有高校考點都會開考CET嗎？
答：由於各地疫情防控形勢不一致，各高校復學復課情況也不一樣，因此，各地區各學校的報考安排可能會不盡相同。各高校考點將根據當地疫情防控要求和本校復學情況，選擇一次或者兩次開考，經當地省級承辦機構批准後公布。具體開考安排，請考生隨時關注所在院校的相關通知。
4.如果我校7月和9月都開考，我可以參加兩次考試嗎？
答：為了保證公平性，對同一考生來說，已報考7月考試的將不能再報考9月同一語種、同一級別的考試。同時，CET一直不允許跨校參加考試，這次也不例外。（例如：某高校既組織7月考試，又組織9月考試，該校考生王某報考了7月英語四級考試，那麼他就不能再報考9月英語四級考試，如果王某已具備參加六級考試的資格，那麼他可以報考9月英語六級考試。）
5.兩次延考都在什麼時候開始報名？怎麼報名？
答：7月考試的報名時間將從6月中旬開始，9月考試計劃在7月中上旬開始。本次報名仍將全部採用網上報名。具體報名時間和報名網址請大家關注所在院校通知。
6.我是2020屆畢業生，7月11日前已離校，如何參加考試？
答：我們將建議相關院校，保留7月11日前已畢業離校學生的報考資格並允許其9月返校進行考試。如遇其他問題，考生可與所在院校進行溝通，最終考生報考資格由（原）所在院校確定。
7.本次考試開考小語種嗎？

英語四六級考試是教育部主管的一項全國性的英語考試，其目的是對大學生的實際英語能力進行客觀、准確的測量，為大學英語教學提供測評服務。大學英語考試是一項大規模標准化考試，是一個「標准關聯的常模參照測驗」。大學英語四、六級考試作為一項全國性的教學考試由「國家教育部高教司」主辦，分為四級考試(CET-4) 和六級考試(CET-6)，每年各舉行兩次，分別在同一天的上午和下午進行。

英語四六級開始最早是華東石油學院（現中國石油大學（華東））的校內廣泛流行的一種英語水平測試。1984年教育部在中國石油大學組織了一次英語教育研討會，當時校內正在舉行英語水平考試，吸引了與會者的注意力。此後，教育部開始在全國高校內推廣英語等級考試。

1986年第一次大學英語四級試驗舉行。

為適應我國高等教育新的發展形勢，深化教學改革，提高教學質量，滿足新時期國家對人才培養的需要，2004年初教育部高教司組織制定並在全國部分高校開始試點《大學英語課程教學要求（試行）》（以下簡稱《教學要求》）。

《教學要求》規定，大學英語課程的教學目標是：培養學生的英語綜合應用能力，特別是聽說能力，使他們在今後工作和社會交往中能用英語有效地進行口頭和書面的信息交流。自《教學要求》在全國部分院校開始試點以來，廣大教師積極參加和關心這次改革，在教學模式、教學手段和教材使用等各方面做了許多有益的嘗試。參加試點的學生也普遍反映新的教學理念和方法大大提高了他們學習英語的興趣，實現了個性化學習，提高了學習效率。

在考試內容和形式上，四、六級考試將加大聽力理解部分的題量和比例，增加快速閱讀理解測試，增加非選擇性試題的比例。試點階段四、六級考試各部分測試內容、題型和所佔比例見：英語分數710分構成圖。

大學英語四、六級考試口語考試仍將與筆試分開實施，繼續採用已經實施了五年的面試型的四、六級口語考試（CET-SET）。同時，考委會將積極研究開發計算機化口語測試，以進一步擴大口語考試規模，推動大學英語口語教學。

I. 英語四六級考試時間2020年

英語來四六級於2020年源11月21-22日（口試）、2020年12月12日（筆試）.

2020年下半年大學英語四六級考試是教育部考試中心主辦的考試，於2020年11月21-22日（口試）、2020年12月12日（筆試）舉行，考試科目為英語四級口語考試（CET-SET4）、英語六級口語考試（CET-SET6）、英語四級考試（CET4）、英語六級考試（CET6）。

(9)2020全國英語四六級試題擴展閱讀：

大學英語四、六級考試口語考試（ CET Spoken English Test ，簡稱 CET-SET ），是用於測量我國大學生運用英語進行口頭交際的能力的英語考試。

一年兩次，分別在5 月和 11 月。成績查詢時間，分別為每年的八月和二月的中下旬，與筆試成績一同公布。

為落實國家關於新冠肺炎疫情防控工作部署及教育部相關通知要求，切實保障考生、考試工作人員的身體健康和生命安全，經教育部研究決定，2020年5月23至24日的全國大學英語四六級口語考試（CET-SET）取消，考試時間將視情況另行通知。
