機考改革

1、聽力比重加大

和傳統筆試重閱讀有很大不同的是，機考更注重聽力，聽力比重佔70%。

作文部分也融入了聽力要求，首先要看一段視頻，看懂了視頻以後在作文里簡單描述視頻內容，並闡發自己的觀點。「如果沒有聽懂視頻，作文就根本無從下手。」

2、增加跟讀環節

（一）作文考試概況
寫作部分測試學生用英語進行書面表達的能力，所佔分值比例為15%，考試時間30分鍾。寫作測試選用考生所熟悉的題材，要求考生根據所提供的信息及提示（如：提綱、情景、圖片或圖表等）寫出一篇短文，四級120-180詞，六級150-200詞。
（二）作文評分原則
1. CET是檢查考生是否達到大學英語教學大綱規定的六級教學要求，對作文的評判應以此要求為准則。
2. CET作文題採用總體評分（Global Scoring）方法。閱卷人員就總的印象給出獎勵分（Reward Scores），而不是按語言點的錯誤數目扣分。
3. 從內容和語言兩個方面對作文進行綜合評判。內容和語言是一個統一體，作文應表達題目所規定的內容，而內容要通過語言來表達。要考慮作文是否切題，是否充分表達思想，也要考慮是否用英語清楚而確切地表達思想，也就是要考慮語言上的錯誤是否造成理解上的障礙。
4. 避免趨中傾向。該給高分的給高分，包括滿分；該給低分的給低分，包括0分，一名閱卷人員在所閱的全部作文卷中不應只給中間的幾種分數。
（三）作文評分標准
本題滿分為15分，成績分為六個檔次：13-15分、10-12分、7-9分、4-6分、1-3分和0分。各檔次的評分標准見下表：
