首先，英語四級考試抄題的主要得分點在閱讀上，而閱讀主要靠單詞量及理解能力，因此，背單詞是必須的，但不是拿著單詞書背。我當時是做大量的閱讀題，然後把每篇文章里都愛出現而自己又總是記不住的單詞寫在一個小本上，隨時看，自然就記住了。
聽力的分值也很大，建議你每天早上作聽力練習，向考試一樣的不要間斷，一個星期就會看見進步的。
至於作文，有好多作文書教的魔板我覺得還是不錯的，可以在考試前10天開始看或背就可以了。
