真題在考前2個月開始練習，同時精做閱讀，快速學習詞彙;然後同步堅持每天練習聽力，剛開始可以根據歷年真題中的聽力原文反復練習，堅持一段時間之後，可以比對VOA慢速聽力和BBC的聽力材料進行學習，堅持兩個月，聽力會有很大的進步。
嚴格按照時間做完練習之後，反復研究真題，平均5-6天研究一套，並且自己要制定計劃，經常復習。同時，希望大家先以近期考試真題為主，時間充許的情況下，再做更早一點時間的。
