不可以的，畢業復後就沒有制資格報考，只能是在校生才有資格。

CET筆試報考資格為全日制普通高等院校本科、專科在校生，全日製成人高等院校本科、專科在校生，在籍研究生。修完大學英語四級課程的學生可報考英語四級，修完大學英語六級課程且英語四級成績達到425分及以上的學生可報考英語六級。

全國大學英語四、六級考試（以下簡稱「CET」）系教育部主辦、由教育部考試中心組織實施的全國統一標准化考試，考試目的是檢測在校大學生的英語能力。
