評分標準是：

1．正確表達思想；
2．意義連貫；
3．無重大語法錯誤。

As for me, I am in favor of the former opinion. First, the test can encourage college students to improve their oral English. Second, the ability to speak English fluently is a must for anyone in the more open society. The most important of all, the test will urge me to study harder. In a word, the test of spoken English is necessary.
