其實不難的。(我是大學英語老師，帶過學生考過四六級，也教過英語專業的學生，因此從英語教師的角度提供一些學習方法和考試建議：）
1、首先大家要樹立起信心，大學英語其實不難，主要就是增加單詞和片語以及各種的應用，語法上全是高中學過的。
2、對付四級考試最有效的辦法，就是從歷年真題入手（網路上可下載、或者去購買真題點評的書），學習步驟是（1）在規定時間內完成練習，核對答案，分析錯誤原因；（2）精讀聽力原文和閱讀了解的文章；（3）跟讀聽力；朗讀閱讀的文章。一分耕耘一分收獲，有付出就肯定有回報！
3、在平時總結自己的薄弱項，專門攻克這些分項，揚長避短。
4、單詞的話就是平時多途徑積累，背單詞，四級大綱所規定4200個詞彙，這是基礎。但是可以把常見的，考過的單詞集中起來，有就是我們平時說的「高頻詞彙」，可以用卡片或小手冊強化記憶，復習就有針對性了，也省時間。
