2. 教育培訓機構規范的規章制度是什麼

為規范學校和員工的行為，維護學校和員工雙方的合法權益，根據勞動法及其配套法規、規章的規定，結合學校的實際情況，制定本規章制度。

（一）、各崗位的編制及定編

1學校各職能部門用人實行定員、定崗。

2學校各職能部門的設置、編制、調整或撤銷，由校長提出方案，報董事長批准後實施。

3各職能部門對職位的設定應本著精簡原則，可設可不設的堅決不設，真正做到按需設定。

（二）、員工的聘用

1. 各職能部門對聘（雇）用員工應本著精簡原則，可聘可不聘的堅決不聘，無才無德的堅決不聘，有才無德的堅決不聘，真正做到按需錄用，擇才錄用，任人唯賢。

2. 學校聘用的員工，一律與公司簽訂聘用合同，按照需要和受聘人的實際才能予以聘任。

3. 新員工正式上崗前，必須先接受培訓。培訓內容包括學習學校章程及規章制度，了解學校情況，學習崗位業務知識等

4. 培訓由各部門根據實際情況相互配合實行

5. 試用期的期限為一個月，實習人員應運用所學的理論知識開始實際操作，在實際操作中進一步深入理解、吸收培訓中學習的各方面知識

6. 員工試用期間，由用人部門考察其現實表現和工作能力。

7. 試用期間的工資，按制定的薪酬標准發放。

8. 員工試用期滿3天前，由用人部門作出鑒定，提出是否錄用的意見，報校長審批。批准錄用者與學校簽訂聘訂聘（雇）用合同。

9. 學校有權辭退不合格的員工。員工有辭職的自由。但均須按本制度規定履行手續。

10. 試用人員在試用期內辭職的應提出辭職報告，辦理辭職手續。

11. 用人部門辭退試用期人員，須填報「辭退員工審批表」，經批准後到辦理辭退手續。

12. 員工與學校簽訂聘（雇）用合同後，雙方都必須嚴格履行合同。員工不得隨便辭職，用人部門不準無故辭退員工。

13. 合同期內員工辭職的，必須提前2個月向學校提出辭職報告，由用人部門簽署意見，批准後辦理辭職手續。

14. 員工未經批准而自行離職的，學校不予辦理任何手續；給學校造成損失的，應負賠償責任。

15. 員工必須服從部門安排，遵守各項規章制度，凡有違反並經教育不改者，學校有權予以解聘、辭退。

16. 學校對辭退員工持慎重態度。用人部門無正當理由不得辭退合同期未滿的員工。確需辭退的，必須填報「辭退員工審批表」，提出辭退理由，經核實，對符合聘用的經校領導批准後，通知被辭退的員工到前台辦理辭退手續。未經校領導批準的，不得辭退。

17. 辭退員工，必須提前1個月通知被辭退者。

18. 聘（雇）用期滿，合同即告終止。員工或學校不續簽聘（雇）用合同的，終止合同手續。

19. 員工嚴重違反規章制度、後果嚴重或者違法犯罪的，學校有權予以開除。

20. 員工辭職、被辭退、被開除或終止聘（雇）用，在離開學校以前，必須交還學校的一切財物、文件及業務資料，並移交業務渠道。否則，不予辦理任何手續，給學校造成損失的，應負賠償責任。

（三）、獎勵

1. 本校設立以下獎勵方法：

1) 大會表揚

2) 獎金獎勵

3) 晉升提級

2.獎勵程序如下：

1) 員工推薦、本人自薦或用人部門提名

2) 學校審核

3) 校長批准

（四）、處罰

員工有下列行為之一，經批評教育不改的，視情節輕重，分別給予扣除一定時期的獎金、扣除部分工資、警告、記過、降級、辭退、開除等處分：

1.違反國家法規、法律、政策和公司規章制度，造成經濟損失或不良影響的；

2.違反勞動法規，經常遲到、早退、曠工、消極怠工，沒完成生產任務或工作任務的；

3.不服從工作安排和調動、指揮，或無理取鬧，影響生產秩序、工作秩序的；

4.拒不執行校長或部門領導決定，干擾工作的；

5.工作不負責，損壞設備、工具，浪費辦公用品，造成經濟損失的；

6.玩忽職守，違章操作或違章指揮，造成事故或經濟損失的；

7.濫用職權，違反財經紀律，揮霍浪費學校資財，損公肥私，造成經濟損失的；

8.財務人員不堅持財經制度，喪失原則，造成經濟損失的；

9.搬弄是非，破壞團結，損害他人名譽或領導威信，影響惡劣的；

10.泄露學校秘密，索取回扣、介紹費的；

11.有其他違章違紀行為

員工有上述行為，情節嚴重，觸犯刑律的，提交司法部門依法處理。

Given the declared aims of the school, it is necessary that all members of the Ecational Community accept the following principles:

Respect for the rights and indivial differences of all people.
Democratic and courteous attitudes in all interpersonal relations.
The creation of a suitable working environment, taking into account the needs and wishes of the staff.
Responsible attitudes as regards care and cleanliness of buildings and installations as well as classroom material.
Active participation in the decision making process along with the various activities within the school.
Family Participation
Here at The English School, we believe that ecation is a shared responsibility and for that reason we work closely with the families of our pupils.

In order to enhance the flow of healthy communication between family and school, we hold parent-teacher meetings for each class at the beginning of each term at which we introce the themes of study to be covered ring that term along with highlighting specific objectives.

For the same reasons, we hold indivial parent-teacher meetings on a regular basis in order to inform parents as to their childrens progress.

The school also makes use of a Communication Book which allows daily communication between family and school with regard to any point of interest or question which may arise.

Rights and Responsibilities of Pupils
Rights:

To receive a well rounded and high quality ecation which takes into account all aspects of the indivial social, physical and ethical.
To carry out his / her learning activities in an environment which is safe and clean.
Enjoy equal opportunities in an environment free from discrimination of any type.
To receive a fair and objective appraisal which takes into account different learning styles.
To participate fully in all school activities.
To have respect shown with regard to his / her freedom of expression and thought along with his / her ideological, ethical and religious beliefs.
Responsibilities:

To respect and participate in the ecational project of the school.
To respect the freedom, dignity, integrity and privacy of all members of the ecational community.
To arrive punctually at all classes and activities and to provide justification for any absences.
To attend classes / activities appropriately dressed and groomed and with the material necessary for participation.
To obtain permission from the appropriate teacher in order to leave either a class or the school grounds or in the case of non-participation in activities.
To treat all classroom and personal material, as well as the school grounds and buildings, with respect and care.
