本人在英語培訓機構工作過幾年，期間也接觸過多家培訓機構，希望我的經驗能對您有所幫助 ：）
1 地點——首先要選在某市的某個教育區或者教育縣，即這個縣比較重視教育的投資與發展，切忌不要選在商業區，因為某些開辦人覺得商業區的家庭都比較有錢，但是有錢的家長不一定會把錢投入到子女的教育上，所以選擇教育區開辦培訓學校是重中之重。
2 師資——有了良好的教育氛圍，接下來的就是培訓機構的師資。強烈建議不要聘請些毫無教學經驗、只有資格證書的教員。語言培訓機構最重視的就是教學經驗。你英語學得再專業，教不會學生也是白搭。其實就是教員的平均年齡，如果你打算針對青少年的英語培訓，建議教員的平均年齡不要超過40歲，否則很難與學員良好溝通。如果是成人英語培訓，教員的平均年齡最好在35歲以上，這樣可以更加了解成人心理的走向。
3 規模——完全根據您自身的能力來決定。不要太小，最少應有3間小教室（30人左右）和1間大教室（80人以上），有能力最好開辦英語角和視聽室，這對培訓人員的吸引力可不是一般二般的，大家學英語重在交流，如果只是上課，下課，回家這樣3步走，根本達不到任何交流的目的，第一天學的第二天就忘了，長久下去您的教育水平就不會被家長所認可了，所以說必要的設施和設備是不可少的。
4 合作——最好可以和一個有過辦學經驗的人合作，或者聘請這樣的人作為您的管理層人員。這樣對您的培訓學校早日步入正規有很大幫助。您平時也要多抽時間去當地知名的培訓學校去試聽，或者參加他們的講座，這樣對您了解同行業機構如何發展運作有著很積極的意義。
5 機構名稱——如果您留意過其他知名的英語培訓機構，就會發現他們的名字都是從英文單詞譯過來的，而且中文名字都不超過3個字。這樣的好處就是便於人們記憶和傳頌。選擇一個有意義，有企業特徵的英文單詞，然後通過發音譯成中文，您就可以注冊使用了，說不定在今後的某一天，您的企業名字將會成為英語培訓機構的代名詞，祝您成功！！！

想到學習學校學習是件好事，但是學習學校不想他們所廣告的那樣，沒那麼強力的效果的，但是其中的一些學習方法等等知識是可以學到的。要學習學校就要個好點的，英語，新東方之類的。我高中的時候很是喜歡英語，但我上大學後發現新東方有的市場大得多，英語在地州得覆蓋率大，一般大的話，新東方的學生較多。
