但是，她們沖破了心靈的禁錮和身體的限制，憑著年輕時的激情和夕陽紅的夢想，以無比的自信和勇氣，舞出了火的熱情，風的張揚，水的淡定，太陽的開朗。這是新時代中國資深女性掀起的民族廣場舞之風。
然而，廣場舞的音響實在太具有穿透力了。它單調，它冗長，它反反復復，它喋喋不休綿綿不絕。它撩起了夜班族難以補眠的怒火；它打破了莘莘學子閉門苦讀急需的寧靜；它讓身體抱恙需要靜養的那類人發狂；它讓年紀尚小需要安眠的嬰兒啼哭不止；它讓不需要單調乏味聲音打擾的人忍無可忍。它，太壞了。但是，壞的也只是那音響，而非我們中國的大媽。
要解決這個「太壞了」的音響影響，首先需要政府引導和規范。譬如避開居民區、學校、醫院等公眾聚集之地，另擇場所；譬如規范跳舞時間，避開人們休息高峰時段；譬如規定限制音響分貝，使其達不到噪音的標准；譬如鼓勵發明同頻同步同聽一首歌的范圍式無線耳麥，給中國大媽們增加一個廣場舞必備的裝備，這裝備又炫又亮不擾人，又輕又巧真方便。
總之，政府應該有所作為，政府有義務「護航」廣場舞，不能只限制、只通融而不加以引導。政府的引導會使這股「民族風」更和諧。
其次，為了不使音響「太壞了」被非理性地理解為中國大媽「太壞了」，「舞者」，我們中國的大媽們應該要嚴格自律。起舞之時那伴奏的聲音不可旁若無人，要顧及他人。老話所謂「己所不欲勿施於人」就是這個道理。
大媽們，廣場舞的直接目的是舒活筋骨、鍛煉身體，最終目的是陶冶性情。如若我們自律地控制伴音，既跳舞鍛煉了自己，又不擾民方便了他人，那才是既修了身，又養了性，實現了跳廣場舞的最終目的。
政府引導、舞者自律，徹底解決廣場舞伴音擾民問題，就能使中國大媽廣場舞這股「民族風」越跳越炫，成為堂堂正正大大方方熱情開朗能歌善舞的中國公民新名片。

十年前抄人們的休閑娛樂襲是打麻將，時間長了，總是腰酸背痛；十年後，人們的休閑娛樂變成了跳廣場舞，強健體魄。

每天黃昏後，廣場上聚滿了人群，排著整齊的長方形的隊伍。跳廣場舞的人們大多是老年人，也有一些青年人，甚至還有一群可愛的小孩子也在隊伍中呢！

開始了，領隊的拿出黑色的音響播放著一些像《小蘋果》《江南style》，鳳凰傳奇等膾炙人口的歌曲。
