多聽多練。沖擊波的有本專四聽寫50篇，那本還可以，語速和難度接版近真題。還有就權是多聽多練10年真題的dictation，畢竟是真題嘛。而且陳漢生的專四指南也要多練（雖然裡面的語速偏快）。dictation聽第一遍的時候一定要注意聽大意，理解文章，不要急著寫；聽第二遍的時候盡量都寫出來，每句話至少要寫出70%；第三遍的時候要注意聽第二遍時沒有聽清或寫請的句子、單詞、短語（值得注意的是，聽寫的時候最好是聽完一個句子後或者一個意群後再開始動筆寫，否則很容易寫了前半句忘了後半句）；第四遍時就要開始檢查了，著重聽弱讀、連讀之類的單詞、短語。最後兩分鍾的檢查時間也很重要，檢查單詞拼寫錯誤、語法錯誤、標點符號以及在寫的時候是否有筆誤。其實實際考試的時候dictation的選文還是比較簡單的，貼近考生生活，考生較為容易理解。而且dictation的語速也不是很快，每個意群斷句也比較短。改卷的時候這部分改的好像不是很嚴，我是09年考的，這部分的分數比我自己估分要高多了。反正多聽多練就可以了，你們聽力老師那應該也有很多dictation練習材料的，考前每天一篇，考試時就沒有什麼大問題了
