英語作文應該和語文作文差不多吧，只要你寫了而且是和要求有關的，偏題跑題也是得分的，不過可能分值低吧，只要不是亂寫和題目沒關的，老師都會酌情給分的。只是分高不高的問題啦

應該是可以的，作文題目也提到了other family members，不一定要寫父母。
