1.合理安排復習時間，「趁熱打鐵」，當天學習的功課當天必須復習，要鞏固復習，一定要克服不看書復習就做作業，把書當成工具書查閱的不良習慣。

2.廣泛採用綜合復習方法，即通過找出知識的左右關系和縱橫之間的內在聯系。

綜合復習具體可分「三步走」：首先是統觀全局，瀏覽全部內容，通過喚起回憶，初步形成完整的知識體系印象，其次是加深理解，對所學內容進行綜合分析，最後是整理鞏固。

3.重視實際應用的復習方法。通過「完成實際作業」來實現對數學的復習，教育家明確指出，在數學課程中「應當注意把知識的實際應用作為重要的復習方法」，例如復習一元二次方程可做以下四道題。

（1）方程3x2-5x+a=0的一根大於-2而小於0，另一根大於1而小於3。求實數a的取值范圍。

（2）方程2mx2-4mx+3（m-1）=0有兩個實數根，確定實數m的范圍。

（3）方程x2+（m-2） x+5-m=0的兩根都大於 2，確定實數m的范圍。

（4）已知三角形兩邊長a、b是方程2x2-mx+2=0的兩根，且c邊長為8，求實數m的范圍。

英語學習六原則
英語學習應遵循以下六大原則。這些原則都是"常識"性的。正如美國總統林肯所說：一個人必須依據語言、邏輯和"簡單的常識"來決定問題和建立自己的行動計劃。在學習英語的過程中，你按照常理去做，你就可能成功。你違背了常理，就不可能成功。當然，成功與否還取決於你的"努力"。 這一次，你若按照常理去做，並且下工夫，那你就要成功了！

一、簡單原則
學習英語：從簡單的開始

運用英語：簡單－好、更簡單－更好、最簡單－最好

上大學的時侯，英語老師讓我們大量閱讀英語。有些同學就借來原著，第一頁看下來就有20幾個生詞，第二頁還有20幾個......到了第五頁已不知道第一頁所雲；到了第十頁已不知道前九頁講的是什麼。閱讀變得異常艱難和單調，體會不到有任何收獲，讀英語原著變成了查英語詞典、記憶生詞的過程，變成個苦差事。因此很少有人能堅持下去，就放棄了。

其中有人又做了第二次努力，結果還是放棄。原因何在？我想它違背了"循序漸進"的常理。

所謂"循序漸進"就要求你從"簡單"開始。學習、使用英語都要遵守簡單原則。當年，我碰巧是從英語簡易讀物開始的。現在，書店裡有好多套把原著簡寫成的"簡易讀物"。我先讀那些用500～800詞簡寫成的讀物，後來又讀用800～1500詞簡寫成的讀物，再後來就讀用1500～2500詞簡寫的作品......我能讀進去，因為我讀懂了；讀懂的感覺特別好。當一個人有了成就感時自信心就誕生了，並越來越強，也就產生了更大的興趣。外國的英語文學作品彷彿帶我走進了一個不同的國家，一個不同的文化，一個不同的生活，結識了一些不同的朋友。在走入另樣的文化、生活、人物，風俗的過程中就產生了一種強烈的神往，一種強烈的慾望。每時每刻都想讀！

只有從簡單的開始，才容易入門，才容易產生"興趣"，才容易把事情進行下去。英語閱讀應遵守"簡單原則"，聽、說、寫都應從最簡單的開始，因為簡單原則有巨大的優點：

1、造就成就感，培養自信。

2、增加興趣。

3、語言朗朗上口。

4、易於學以致用。

但是很多中國學生對簡單的語言往往不屑一顧，只求理解而不去嘗試著使用自己學到的東西。中國學生在學英語中最喜歡追求一個字--"難"。盡管學了很多難的東西，卻不會"用"。而事實上，簡單的東西如能靈活、准確地使用才是真正重要的。比如從口語來說，人們並不是看一個人會說多麼難的單詞，關鍵在於看他能否熟練運用最簡單的單詞、句型、語法來表達情感、思想。英語國家人們日常生活的交流是通過有限數量的單詞和簡單的句型來完成的。

Plain English（簡潔英語）在英語國家已成為趨勢：即在說或寫英文時都力求簡單。而中國學生盡管學了很多難詞，復雜的結構，但就連用簡單詞和結構來表達思想都做不到；有時用了很大的詞，一方面不妥，再者也很難讓別人明白。其實當你透徹理解英語中的"小詞"，"簡單表達方式"時，才能熟練地用簡單英語交際。

當然這並不是說"難的單詞"和"復雜句型"一點兒也不能用，或者說沒有用，我只是說應該少用或盡量不用。但目前"簡單英語"即是"最好英語"的潮流是千真萬確的。其實你同外國人面對面交流，你就會驚喜的發現，他們講的英語是那麼的簡單，你甚至會反問自己學了多年的復雜英語用處何在？

學會容易的東西，並把容易的東西融會貫通地加以運用才是英語學習的關鍵所在。

二、量的原則
多－好，更多－更好，最多－最好。

中國人學習英文，精讀、精聽、精說有餘，但泛讀、泛聽遠遠不夠，大量的亂說就更不夠了。沒有量的變化，怎麼能有質的飛躍？因此，中國人學習英語在注重"精"的同時，必須更加註重"泛"。比如學習英語閱讀，如果沒有讀到足夠的數量，就無法熟練地閱讀英語。若要學習聽力，那就大量地聽各種磁帶，聽英語廣播，看英語電視，看英文電影。如要學習英語口語，那就盡量多說英文。學習英語不能太急於求成，因為只有有了"量"，才能有"質"的飛躍。

量的積累是必須的。許多人學習英語時，往往有一種誤解，認為一本書就代表一個水平。比如，當讀完一本初級閱讀書時，就會說"我的閱讀水平達到初級了"，學完一本高級閱讀書，便狂歡"我達到高級閱讀水平了"。剛剛讀了一本初級口語書，就認為已有初級口語水平。讀了一本高級口語書，就認為已有高級口語水平。其實，英語學習有一個"點－線－面"的關系。一本書只是一個點，無數本書連成一條線，更多的線形成一個面。所謂"水平"就是面的問題。就拿閱讀來說，首先要讀大量初級書。當你讀完30本初級讀物書後，在你讀第31本初級讀物時已沒有幾個生詞，能輕松地讀懂，並進入作者所描繪的世界時，那你就可以讀中級水平的讀物了。僅僅讀過一本初級水平的讀物，基礎根本沒打好，就急於讀一個更高水平的讀物，那必然就會"欲速則不達"，自然不可能學好。也就是說，無論處於何等英語水平，在相應水平上的量的積累是必須的。英語聽力、口語、寫作的學習亦應遵循這一原則。

語言的學習是培養一種感覺，而感覺要數量的積累來培養。俗話說水到渠成。同樣的道理，達到了一定的量，"語感"就產生了。這時應再把感覺上升到理念，將理念融入到自己的思維中，英語就能運用自如。請注意量的積累在基礎階段最為重要。金字塔的魅力就在於它完美的建築結構。有寬廣深厚的基礎，才能造就塔尖的輝煌。學好英文的道理是同樣的。 基礎必須打牢，也只有在基礎打牢的前提下，才能學好英文。

在量的積累階段，也應該遵循正確的學習方法。

以閱讀為例，一套簡易讀物分六級，每一級有五六，一本只有100頁左右，不超過一個星期就可以讀完一個級的讀物。你在讀的過程中，不要太多拘泥於語法，可以偶爾體會一下語法的作用，但主要精力放在理解小說的主題上。要注意，我們是在通過英語獲取信息，了解文化、生活，吸收新的思想。你要讀進去，才能讀得快。不要研究語言，要樹立數量第一的觀念，盡量快速地讀。這樣一來，堅持讀三四個月，英語的閱讀水平就會迅速提高。

總有人問，要花多長時間才能學好英語。這問題不好回答，因為沒有衡量學好英文的標准，並且學習英語的速度也因人而異。但有一點是肯定的，那就是你必須有正確的學習英文的方法。實際上，學習英語如按照正確的方法去做，你很快就會入門。從入門到能用英語交際也就是一二年的工夫。因此，如果一直是按照正確的方法做，你很快就能學好英語。

三、重復原則
英語有句諺語"Repitution is the mother of skill（重復是技能之母）"。你可以回憶一下你學習任何一種技能的過程。無論是游泳還是騎自行車，都是重復同一類動作的過程。 任何技能的獲得，當然包括英語這項語言技能，均來自重復。一種事情重復多了，便產生了芯鹺蛻羈痰陌鹽鍘R虼耍

『伍』 關於英語四級考試

首先,既然你選擇了考,那麼你就不能把目標定在只是過四級,而是要拿高分,四六級沒有設及格線,就一張得分表,我想你想考四級也是為了好找工作,那麼過了但分數不高也等於沒過,我不說要多少分才算是高分,但是如果只有四百四五十分那肯定是很低的,拿著那張得分表給僱主看,他們是不會多看幾眼的
四級很容易,真的,但是我還考了兩次,為什麼,且聽我慢慢道來

第一次,我們學校是大一新生就可以報名考試,我那第一個學期根本就沒有學英語,到考試前一個月,我們院舉行了一次模擬考試,但是閱卷人不知道怎麼評分,結果我們過的人微乎其微,我自然是沒有過,並且只有349分,心想,肯定過不了,於是在又要拼期末考試的情況下,我放棄了最後二十多天對英語的沖刺,考完以後,我沒什麼感覺,就覺得做得雲里霧里,心想分數絕對不會超過380,到第二個學期,查成績那天,我還記得是正在上專業課,同學們一個個都查了,女生就三個人沒過,我當然是其中一個,但是我萬萬沒有想到的是我的分數居然超過了400,並且是423,當時氣的我差點兒吐血!!!!早知道我就前一天做一兩套試卷我也過了!!!但是世界上沒有後悔葯吃.我下定決心,我這次一定要過,並且要拿高分!!!

第二次,我給自己定了目標之後,我就開始為了四級而准備了,我現在把我第二次備戰四級的經歷完完全全告訴你,我自認為我的方法還是有一定的實用性的.

第一步，隨便那一本什麼教材，像我讀的就是《大學英語》教材，每天早上將一章的的課後單詞讀熟悉，大概一個小時，然後將課文讀半個小時，再返回去，將單詞的中文意思遮住，看看自己知道大概意思的有多少，知道三分之一就行了，那已經很不錯了，第二天讀下一篇課文之前再復習一下這一章的單詞就。這是要每天都堅持的，至少要保證每周三次！一句話，貴在堅持！！！
然後就是針對考試。我一開始都沒有做試卷,只是有時候想看看自己的水平就會做一套,因此我買的是王長喜的預測卷,到不是什麼他的試卷有多好,而是我發現他贈送了一本高分技巧,那裡面有一個標准分評分細則,我做了一套,拿那個細則對了一下,我發現我過了,我終於知道為什麼即使交白卷也有290分了,你現在還有4個多月，所以你沒有必要做試卷,到考試前一個月,就要每周做一套試卷,到考試前兩個星期,每周三次,考前一個星期,每天上午做一套,到考試前一天,上午下午都要做一套,這個時候要得到多少提高是沒有可能了,主要是為了保持那個水平和考試的感覺或者說敏感度

做試卷是其次，重點是做完之後你要做的事情

聽好了！！！！

第一步，做完試卷後，先對好答案，然後根據評分標准將分評好。如果沒有標准，建議你用王長喜的試卷

第二步，對比你自己寫的作文和標准作文，將你寫作時想寫卻不知道寫的重點標記，如果標准作文中有這句話，那是最好，一定要背下來，很可能你下次甚至考試時會用得到，因為每個人說話的方式不一樣，表達一個意思的方式有很多種，但是最符合你實際說話情況的才是最好的。然後將標准作文讀半個小時，將其中的重要句子，單詞，短語記熟，我強烈建議你買一個質量好的比較貴的（這樣你會珍惜她放）手掌大小的筆記本，不要太後，8毫米厚的最好，不要超過一厘米，然後將這些重要的東西記下來，隨時帶在身上，只要有可能就拿出來讀，我就是這樣過來的，連上廁所，走路都會拿出來讀，這樣珍惜時間也會讓自己很厚成就感，更加提高你的學習動力。對了，要根據試卷分開記，比如作文部分記一頁紙，然後閱讀部分記一頁，然後翻譯和完形填空記一頁，然後作文部分又記一頁，這樣輪流記載，復習起來效果比較好。

第二步，就是聽力，聽力沒有太多技巧，但是王長喜的高分技巧里關於聽力的，短對話和長對話部分的技巧確實有用，至少可以讓你多對三個題目。我覺得主要還是平時，只要有可能，你就將你的耳塞塞著，即使是睡覺的時候也可以，不是說聽力有多難，不難，而是要給你造成一種純英語環境，這樣你的腦細胞對英語的條件反射會越來越強烈，這對長對話和短文聽力很有幫助。然後就短文填空，我覺得鑒於你的情況，填對那八個單詞就行了，或者八個填對6個也行了，那幾個長句子你盡力就行，沒什麼大不了的，得分關鍵在前面！！！當然，對完答案後，裡面一些考到的聽力短語和口語也要記下來，同樣是記在那個本子上，弄清意思很重要，我就吃過大虧！

第三步，就是閱讀理解。閱讀理解是得分重點，你要好好練習啊！！！
說實在的，快速閱讀是個贈分題，我開始不知道技巧，也是做得很差，可是掌握技巧之後我每次做都會答對7個以上。首先，將大小標題看一下，知道哪兒哪兒講什麼就行，然後看題目，看一個做一個，看題目是這樣看的，知道意思，畫出關鍵詞，說的更具體點，關鍵詞一般是你不熟的或者是專有名詞，或者是第一個字母是大寫的，然後根據這個詞找到對應的段落，不要滿世界的去找答案，答案一般是按題目順序出現的，第一個題目百分之九十五是在第一段，或第二段，第一段可能性更大，不過對於總結性的題目那就有可能要看完全文才知道，不過快速閱讀，出卷老師出這種題目，好像有點出錯位置了吧。關鍵詞一般只出現在一個有限的范圍之內，所以你不用擔心會找錯地方，只要看清答案就行。真的很簡單，你一個字也看不懂也能拿高分！對於選詞填空，我不知道該怎麼提高，但是就算你不行，不用擔心，這是個難點，你不會，別人也不會！！！要拿分不是靠在這里拿，因為這里佔分很少，答對兩個才得一分，並且如果你答對的題數是奇數，老師不會給你那0.5分的！！老師不會可憐你的！！關鍵是後面的深度閱讀，一個題算兩分，太值了！！！但是關於提高的方法，我建議你去看看王長喜的高分技巧（不好意思，因為除了學校發的試卷以外，我只用過王長喜的四級試卷）,有用！記得將裡面一些比較常見的單詞及短語記載下來！！！堅持練習，你會發現一些神奇的東西，那是對別人不適用的專屬於你自己的技巧！！！

第五步，完形填空
完形填空都說是考語法，但是我覺得更像是考語感。說實話，我基本上是語法盲，高中不肯學，高考憑語感也拿了一百一，那年還是湖南省有史以來英語最難的一年。沖刺英語四級的時候，每次做完形填空我都是憑語感，但是十次也有八次能做對十二個以上，做完後會去記一些比較簡單的，忘了也就忘了，不去管它，因此我基本沒怎麼花時間在完形填空上，結果我的做法是完全正確的，因為很多人在考試的時候根本沒有時間做完形填空，我那次也是，為了做好聽力，將時間浪費在了聽前預測上，我當時是先匆匆將翻譯搞完，在最後幾分鍾時，拿20個完形填空題，我是直接在答題紙上全部塗A，連看題目的時間都沒有了，但是結果是我依然拿到我意想不到的分數！並且我完形填空還是有36分，滿分是71分，不是我運氣好，真的，到底為什麼後面再告訴你！

最後就是翻譯了，翻譯考的內容有限，你只要做了十幾套試卷你就知道了，每次做完後，你要將句子的考察點搞清楚，因此有詳解的資料才是最好的，然後記下來。就這樣，很簡單的。

因此，我建議你買一套王長喜的做做，倒不是他的試卷有多好，我做了四級和六級也沒看出來有多好，好的是他贈送的高分技巧以及那本詳盡的答案書！這是其它資料沒有或是比不上的。

我認為沒有什麼試卷是+真正好的，押題是押不中的，千萬不要做這種打算，只有平時通過做試卷積累才是最有用的！！！！

嗯，還有一些別的，我堅決不同意為了記單詞而記單詞，這是最最最費力不討好的，甚至是百害而無一利的，你記單詞是為了提高閱讀水平，但是那對考試沒有多大用處，你死記硬背的，在考場你根本用不到或者記了就忘了。而如果你不知道，考試時也是可以做對題目的。
