先說我取得的高分，為了給大家一點努力的動力和聽話的沖動；最重要的是我考四級時最後一周沖刺十分成功，很有些體會想跟大家分享！

單詞，一切英語考試的瓶頸與根基，最後十天，一定堅持對重點詞彙的記憶與鞏固，保證每天早起（背新的）和睡前（復習）背半小時，主要看中英對照，用法不管。

聽力，至少堅持每天連續聽半小時，聽真題，重點在找感覺，抓出題點，禁止裸聽（聽題前讀題干）錯題大聲朗讀三遍。

閱讀，看真題，熟練考試的閱讀方法（Fast Reading讀段首，問題快速回原文定位，普通閱讀一眼看出主旨句抓好主旨題、態度題），找自己的習慣性弱點（如：走思分心）。

寫作，三段論搞定。兩部分：傳統議論文，背一套模板（開篇，論點123，總結句）；應用文，不好套模板，熟讀書信、圖表範文，把握好格式。
模考，一定要卡時間熟悉考試流程及時間分配，新題型真題，最好兩天考一次，共3-4次。

綜上，最後的沖刺一定要做，並且盡力用心的抱佛腳，關鍵並非去查錯題、改錯，而是找感覺，找應付考試可以跟著走的感覺，聽力快速進入狀態、克服容易分神的疲勞點，閱讀熟練速度、抓住文章重點與出題點（必定是相對固定的起承轉合等處），作文最易、仿照好範文用上模板即可。

10天足以，沖刺、用點心，一定比你想像中考的好！

2. 怎樣過英語四級，，只剩最後一星期了本人英語很差。

學好英語的八種方法
1．堅持不懈，從不間斷。每天至少看 10-15 分鍾的英語，早晨和晚上是學英語的最好時間。
(Never give up, keep working on. Speak English at least 10-15 minutes every day. The best time to learn English is in the morning and the evening.)
2．方法要靈活多樣。一種方式學厭了，可以變換其他的方式，以便學而不厭。
(Different kinds of ways to learn English. One way is boring, you can use other ways, so that you won't feel bored.)
3．上下相連，從不孤立。記憶英語要結合上下文，不要孤立的記單詞和短語，要把握句中的用法。
(Connect up to down, don't make it alone. According to the passage, remember the words and phrases, try to graspe the meanings of the words. )
4．熟記常用語，確保准確無誤。把常用的交際用語背熟，俗能生巧。
(Remember useful expressions, and make sure it's right. Practice makes perfect.)
5．盡量用第一人稱來記習慣用語和句型，以便記憶牢固。
(Try to Remember idioms and setences with the first calling, make sure to remember deeply.)
6．多方位多角度來學英語。要經常讀報、聽廣播、看外語電影、聽外語講座、讀課本和別人交談等方式來學英語。
(Learn English in different ways. Read newspapers, listen to the radio , watch English movies, listen to English lectures, read textbooks and talk with each other ect.)
7．敢於開口說英語，不要怕犯錯誤。人人都會犯錯，這是在所難免的，只要敢說，就一定能學好。

8．要創設情景，加強交際訓練。語言的運用離不開場景的強化訓練，只有交際，才能學好。
(Set up situation, strength comunacation practice. Language can't leave away from the situation, you'd better do more practising and you can learn it well.)

3. 還有一個星期就要考四級了，怎麼樣安排最後一周學習英語的時間對這次考試更有利

每天聽力是不可少的。。。然後就是練練你的弱項。。。不用再做整張整回張的十年真題。。。也不要做答任何模擬題。。。

除了聽力跟弱項外，就是看以前做過的十年真題，總結下經驗。。。或者是弄篇四級作文的範文來背背，說不定很有用哦。。。

4. 英語四級 前最後的兩個星期怎麼過

我大二時四六級一次過，算不上高分，但是聽力是我的強項

簡單說說我回的方法吧答

就是兩個字，精聽

把一個聽力題，至少要聽4遍，做到聽清楚每一個詞。這樣聽比泛泛的聽要好的多

即使聽力題都做對了，也要再聽一遍，看看能不能聽清楚每一個詞

這樣的方法確實在短期內效果明顯

還要練習小聲音聽，也很有用的

我就是這樣練習的，六級的聽力我能對90%

閱讀在短期內幾乎沒有效果，作文就背10幾個文章吧

5. 英語四級最後一個星期復習計劃

最後一個星期，可以按下面來復習。

1. 把所要掌握的單詞在這一星期內過一回遍，把沒有記住的單詞重點記憶答。

2. 作文這幾天，每天都要寫一篇，保持手感。

3. 閱讀理解，把做的錯題，重新看一遍。

4. 聽力，則要每天都去聽，能夠做題即可。

找一個合適時間，按考試時間做題目。
在這么短的時間，詞彙和閱讀就很難提升，但是聽力還有作文還可以「臨時抱佛腳」！

7. 英語四級考試還有10天，該怎麼做

. 最後的時間應該留給模擬。建議考生朋友們在這一周里做三到四套真題，對考試的時間安排做全真的模擬，一方面是找考試的感覺，熟悉考試的節奏，另一方面是找自己的問題，及時調整自己的狀態。之前的大量准備工作就是為了這一搏。相信大家單詞背的很辛苦，往年的題目也沒少研究，在這最後的一周時間里，應該把你全部的單詞和對於題目的研究成果展現出來，用單詞去砸開四級的大門，用技巧去攻克四級的難關。相信大家定有勢如破竹，大刀闊斧的感覺。但注意不要過於輕敵，還是謹慎為上。 （文國網）

2. 合理安排時間，調整時差。很多同學在考前都會有挑燈夜戰的好習慣，因為單詞還沒有背熟……准確地說，這是一個非常非常不好的習慣。人確實有相對強大的短時記憶，但對於英語(Q吧)考試來說，這個功能形同虛設，因為英語不像政治，它畢竟是另外一套語言體系，之所以大家能在政治考試時把前一晚看過的東西如數家珍，那是因為政治是用中文，而大家的母語是中文。英語則不同，大家英語學習是中英對照，它不光是短時記憶過程，也是編碼轉換過程，並不是一個短時記憶就能解決的。在考前一周一定要調整自己的生物鍾，把自己的興奮時間調整到上午，因為四級考試是從9:00開始，到11:30結束，如果在這段時間里，你的感覺是昏昏欲睡，那之前的努力就會大打折扣。

3. 對於完形填空部分，希望大家能在8分鍾之內完成。這一點不是強人所難，而是整個考試策略中的一環。完形填空是四級考試中的一個非常雞肋的題目，20道題目，每題0.5%分值。四道完形題才相當於一道仔細閱讀題。而有的題目，如詞義辨析，如果確實沒有背到那在考場上干想是沒有任何意義的，英語單詞不像漢字這種表意文字那麼容易就猜的出來的。猜詞也是需要有大量的單詞的積累才能做到順手拈來。有這個時間猜詞蒙詞，不如把時間留出來再去細細研讀一下仔細閱讀部分，用2%的分值去換0.5%，當然是賺錢的買賣，切記！在考前一周一定要逼自己練成這一招，不要固執在某一個完形填空的題目上。

8. 還剩下一周，怎樣復習英語四級有效。上次考試考了412分

以我的經驗來看。
首先應該聽一套過去的聽力題。
這一周就聽這一套，專每天聽兩遍。
後半周把屬聽不懂的，看原稿給弄懂了，聽力應該能提高20%

然後就是作文了。
自己挑3、4篇作文的例文來背。然後默寫。
考試的時候一定能派上用場。
