1． 結構合理三段式。

第一段引入要討論的話題。也就是現在人們在普遍討論一個話題：是否應該使用一次性塑料袋。而你的觀點是……（應該/不應該）ok，第一段結束。
第二段，陳述幾條理由來支撐以上你的觀點（如覺得「應該」：便宜、使用方便、可以多次利用等；覺得「不應該」，則：不可分解，污染環境，不利於可持續發展；不合格塑料袋裝有毒危害人類健康等等）反正能夠自圓其說就行。
第三段，一兩句話簡單總結。
其實都有套路的，熟悉了就很簡單了。
