英語回復信範文四級

① 英語回信的格式

格式包括日期、稱呼語、正文、結束語，具體如下：

1、信紙的右上角寫上日期，如September 8，也常用簡寫Sep. 8；非正式的信件，年代常省略；正式的書信則不只會寫上年代，還會把發信者的住址寫在日期的上方。

2、接下來在信紙的左方寫收信人的稱呼語，通常用Dear開始再接著寫名字(一般都用first name )，如Dear Susan (親愛的蘇珊)；至於名字的後面則通常打上逗號或留白。

3、稱呼語寫完後，通常會先空一行才開始寫信的正文。

4、正文結束後，再寫上結尾語，如See you (再見)、Sincerely yours或Yours sincerely或Sincerely (最誠摯的友人)等。

拓展資料：

若要針對收信的對象，將結尾語加以區分，則對於比較親密的對方，可以用Sincerely yours、Yours sincerely或Sincerely；對於一般的朋友可用Your friend；如果是兒女寫給父母，就用Your loving son(daughter)；對長輩則寫Respectfully yours，至於生意上的往來就用Faithfully yours。
