作文很好解決的，我自己剛上大學時四級作文都是10分左右，自己用了一些小技巧以後每次不是14就是15（我們老師批的）。在大學里我給我同學開過四級作文的講座，效果還不錯。四級作文關鍵是要寫的有新意，不能落俗套，不能用背用爛了的句式寫。其實論述的邏輯嚴密成都沒有什麼要求。網上去搜，多得是，那些所謂的「四級寫作必備xxx句」什麼的，有時候真的很管用。短期提高就考這個了。
還有一些詞彙要創新，比如important，要用critical,significant,crucial等高級的詞彙替換；people這樣的要用city dwellers,residents；更高級的像minds,hearts,cynics，carbon等等。幾乎每一類詞彙都有相應的高級形式，我總結了好多，寫作文的時候稍加替換檔次立馬提高。。。。。。
長期想得到提高嘛，建議找一本英文原著的小說或者簡單的詩集（泰戈爾的飛鳥集是我見過最簡單的，寫作文時我經常化用裡面的句子，效果非常好）

樓主的聽力沒有問題，就堅持住就行了，不能斷了練習。

閱讀其實不怪樓主，因為真正優質的閱讀題很匱乏，只有歷年真題的閱讀之高質量的。其他的模擬題的閱讀，一共錯5、6個都正常，因為質量實在是不高，建議拿真題練習，很快就能提高的

翻譯分很少，我覺得填上，不出錯就好了吧

完形填空說真的，和高中差不多，只要練的量夠就沒問題

單詞，我認為，重在參與，該記得有印象，寫作文時不要出錯，聽寫的能寫出來就行。我都沒怎麼記的，說實話單詞決定性不大。要是實在想背，推薦一本書叫「英語詞彙的奧秘」，我們老師
