When I was in high school, most students in my class got on very well with our teachers. Our teachers were not only the teachers in class, but also our friends after class. And if we ased any questions, they would teach us very patiently until we understood it. But several students had a bad teacher-student relationship. When they got puzzled about some questions, although our teacheres tought them very patiently, they got the knowledge very slowly. So, they usually got a lower score. 英語四六級考試不是本校老師批改。
四六級作文閱卷工作制度是這樣的，在閱卷過程中，考試中心要求每位閱卷老師在作文右下角標上自己的編號。閱卷進行幾天後，每個小組會抽出一兩本已經批閱的試卷，把分數擦掉，採取自評或互評的方式，然後對兩次的分數進行比較，以考察老師的改卷情況，同時對分數相差太大的進行調整。考試中心還會對每位閱卷老師的改卷情況進行統計數據分析。
如果該老師的評分波動太大，考試中心會給予批評，評分比較平穩，中心可能會給予一定的獎勵。
如此的制度，按理可以保障分數的客觀性，對考生負責。但事實上，問題重重。閱卷時間安排太緊張。歷年的閱卷時間安排一般為一星期左右。為了節省開支，考試中心聘請的閱卷老師的數量是有限的。在有限的時間內，閱卷老師承擔了負荷過重的任務。如果閱卷老師要看得仔細一點，仔細權衡一下作文到底該給多少分，總是時間不夠。
