通常來說,相對於其他幾個部分,聽力更容易通過短期沖刺來提高分數,所以應成為考
生沖刺階段關注的重點。考生在這一階段應保證每天至少聽三十分鍾左右的聽力真題,可以以五天為一個階段,爭取在考前完整地聽完五六套聽力真題,具體的方法如下:
第一天:完整地聽一套四級聽力真題。在聽的過程中,要集中精力,但不要因計較聽懂多少而影響情緒,尤其要注意聽的過程不能間斷,不要因遇到聽不懂的單詞、詞彙或句子而中途中斷音頻。
第二天:把第一天聽過的音頻再重復聽一遍。同第一天一樣,考生不要急於把全文都聽懂。在聽完這一遍之後,再把原文拿出來大聲地朗讀一遍。
第三天:跟讀音頻。還是同樣的音頻,在這一遍聽的時候,考生每放一句音頻要停頓一下,以便自己跟著重復一句。按此方法將全部內容跟讀一遍。
第四天:將音頻再從頭到尾不間斷地聽一遍。這時考生應該可以感覺到基本能聽懂百分之九十以上的內容了。
第五天:再次跟讀,確認無誤。將同樣的音頻每放一句就停頓一下,然後跟著重述,重述之後對照原文,針對出錯的地方再聽音頻,再跟讀,直到完全重述正確為止。通過這樣的精聽訓練,考生不但能夠熟悉英語的語感和發音特點,還能訓練自己對英語的反應速度,提高做題效率。
2. 閱讀:改掉舊習,注意方法
相信考生在近半年的備考中已經增加了不少的閱讀量,在最後的沖刺階段,筆者建議考
生要著重訓練閱讀速度。有些考生在閱讀中養成了「指讀」或「筆讀」的習慣,結果嚴重影響了閱讀的速度。針對此,考生一定要著重通過訓練改變這一習慣。建議大家在備考閱讀時注意以下幾個方面:

考生在看文章時,不要每次只看一個詞,而是要加寬自己閱讀時的視幅,每次看4~6個詞,不要用手指或筆指著單詞挨個讀,而應用眼睛掃視。如果考生在最開始感覺不習慣或吃力,可以先訓練自己每次看兩三個詞,然後通過多次練習來逐漸達到要求。

重點閱讀和次要閱讀相結合。每一篇文章都有核心內容和次要內容,考生要學會分辨這些內容,並在閱讀中做到有主有次。通常情況下,應該重點閱讀的內容包

索,應該仔細閱讀;③表示邏輯關系的詞,這些詞彙不僅僅起到銜接句子的作用,同時也能提示考生哪些句子是有效的信息。

在閱讀中遇到不懂的詞(組)或句子等,不要在其身上逗留太多的時間,應盡量保持閱讀的連貫性。如果這部分內容涉及出題點,考生可在看完具體的題目後回原文定位時,再仔細分析和判斷其所表示的含義。
3. 寫作:研究範文,適當練習
寫作素材的積累是建立在大量的閱讀基礎上的。所以,考生的寫作備考過程要先從閱讀優秀的作文範文開始。在閱讀時,考生應認真分析範文的遣詞造句好在哪
里,應如何在自己的寫作中適當運用這些詞句,將之變成自己的「寫作模板」。在學習表達的同時,考生還要學習範文的結構,了解不同類型文章的不同論述方式。
考生不僅要學習範文中的優秀表達和結構安排,還要利用最後這一個月的時間多寫多練,至少要保證每周寫兩篇作文,寫作的題目就是近兩年四級寫作真題的題目。
