你這個問題其實是矛抄盾的，最佳選項必然是正確選項啊，怎麼會有一個正確的還有一個最佳的。如果是單選那必然是選出一個正確的，完型閱讀存在最佳選項這一說，因為考察的方向不一樣。單選是你對語法詞彙的掌握程度，完形閱讀是你的閱讀能力，而完型閱讀的答案很多時候是根據語境，根據上下文總結出來的，選的時候可能更傾向於「最佳選項」這一說。
如果你為這種事情糾結，可能是基礎知識技能方面還有些問題。
