聽力完全攻略：
要提高聽力，首先應從多聽教學聽力錄音帶入手，如所學的課本錄音帶、口語教材錄音帶，也可以選聽適合或略高於自己水平的有趣的材料。無論是精聽或是泛聽，最好開始都不要看文字材料。精聽應先把錄音內容從頭至尾聽一遍，再把聽不懂的地方一遍又一遍地反復聽。若有些地方實在聽不懂，也應盡量聽清各個音節，然後再翻開書看一看，有些影響理解的生詞可查一下詞典。接著再合上書從頭至尾聽，直到能夠聽懂全部內容為止。通過這樣的聽力訓練，可促使自己提高辨音及聽力理解能力。如果讀過書面材料再去聽錄音，往往就是耳朵在辨音，而是大腦在思索、背誦，如果看著書面材料聽，則往往是自己的默讀，這樣達不到提高聽力的目的，遇到新材料的時候就又會聽不懂。
精聽最好是選用教學錄音和有故事情節的短文或科普短文；泛聽則可選用一些口語教材或一些有趣的小故事，使自己多接觸錄音材料，以求熟悉英語發音，擴大知識面，提高聽力。泛聽可一遍過，只要聽懂大概意思就行了。如果一遍聽不懂，可倒過來再聽一遍，還是聽不懂，就翻一下書，繼續聽下去。在第一遍聽新材料的時候，一定要聚精會神，讓自己的思維跟上每一個音節。在每句停頓時，可在腦海里反復一下。聽的當中遇到生詞不要停下多想，因為有些生詞可以在整個內容中理解。有些生詞並不影響理解意思，可以不管，停下來想，反而影響聽下面的內容。聽音時要隨著錄音材料的頻率在腦中用英語重復，而且速度要練得能跟上錄音速度，不能邊聽邊翻譯。一般只要難度相當，能聽清大部分單詞，是可以理解其大意的。
以上只是自己在提高聽力方面的點滴體會。各人有各人的提高聽力的經驗，盡管甲的經驗不一定適用於乙，乙的經驗也不一定適用於甲，但可以相互啟發，取長補短，用不同的方法來達到相同的目的
