這個里資源蠻多的 。。初中水平的聽力資料應該也有。個人建議你聽VOA慢速英語。。語速是比較慢的。。但是可能就是有點生詞吧。。也有文字材料，因為是新聞哈。還有一個是美語咖啡屋。。。裡面是中英語語講的。。比VOA要有趣一些的。。那裡的資料都可以免費下載。。有一部分只能在線聽的。。不過也挺不錯的。。

提高聽力的方法。。就是多聽吧。。剛開始的時候如果聽不太懂不要急。。先盲聽都可以。。就是先把耳朵熟悉英語的環境，平時在家就可以把電腦打開放著，從聽懂單詞到句子，然後慢慢聽懂更多的東西。
還有跟聽力緊緊相關的是單詞量，不說也應該曉得吧。。聽的再清楚，不知道意思那也是白聽啊。。。具體的我也就不說太多來。。那個網站上也有很多方法介紹。。有論壇什麼的 ，，可以進去看看啊。。

In the center of your heart and my heart there is a wireless station: so long as it receives messages of beauty, hope, cheer, courage and power from men and from the Infinite, so long as you are young. When the aerials are down, and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old, even at 20, but as long as your aerials are up, to catch waves of optimism, there is hope you may die young at 80.

裡面的都是美文，不長，而且附帶光碟，有裡面的文章的錄音
每天早上讀它個20分鍾，一個星期只讀一篇，跟著錄音讀，讀到會背就差不多了。。
