這得看自己的聽力水平在何種程度了，已經可以部分聽懂電影、電視劇的，那自然可以專選擇這些作為提屬高的聯系資料了，這樣包含娛樂，就有了樂趣。

而如果還未專門進行過聽力的練習，則應該選擇合適的音頻來進行練習，方式最好是精聽、聽背，這樣就可以聽出口語中很細的細節，增強語感等等，慢慢就有提高了，而且對口語的提高也很有幫助。聽力和口語也是緊密聯系的。

網上有很多BBC、VOA的聽力論壇的，其中也分了不同等級的材料，可以選擇一種口音進行練習。如果是為了從事翻譯，最好的方式應該是從英式的熟悉了再練習美式的，這樣過程會比較有規律、容易掌握些。

1。www.putclub.com這個網站是專門訓練聽力的網站。有很多的節目。BBC,VOA, AP news, discovery,etc.他的bbs里還有很多的英語發燒友會把當天的各個節目聽寫下來，你也可以聽聽看，然後對照他們的聽寫比較一下。
2。www.listeningexpress.com這里也是專門訓練聽力的。也有免費下載的，也有他們給你准備好的光碟可以購買的。我看中這個網站是因為免費下載里有一個節目叫做 「空中美語」。不知道你有沒有聽過這個節目，我覺得這個節目非常好。因為是一個談話節目，可以練聽力，也可以模仿練口語，而且他們談論的話題一般都是熱門話題，也可以長詞彙量啊。

建議你可以去書店買一本紅色封面的，小小的
新東方出的，叫做《born to win》（《生而為贏》）
裡面的都是美文，不長，而且附帶光碟，有裡面的文章的錄音
每天早上讀它個20分鍾，一個星期只讀一篇，跟著錄音讀，讀到會背就差不多了。。

I. 求英語聽力文章

極力推復薦Toefl IBT的聽力。這些聽力比較長制，剛剛開始的時候很可能你聽不太懂，不過聽力的訓練就是這樣，如果你什麼都聽得懂，你還聽他干什麼呢？Toefl IBT的聽力素材是結合美國大學里的環境，很多學生之間，學生和老師之間的對話，還有教授的LECTURE，語言不太難，語素不太快。

剛開始聽不懂沒事，實在不行就看一眼聽力的原文，之後在反復聽。你只要一天能搞定一個短文就OK了。

其他的聽力吧，我總是覺得太雜了，比如VOA，BBC等，涵蓋的內容太廣，不是特別適合高中生。

如果你覺得想聽適用於考試的，那就是歷年高考聽力。去書店買本歷年高考題，都帶MP3，還有那些質量比較好的模擬高考試題，都會有聽力的。

總之，難度稍微高一點，有利於聽力提高。歷年高考的聽力題你可以等高三用來找感覺。等你適合Toefl的語素後，再聽高考聽力，就像喝白開水一樣。。。
