建議看美抄劇，生活劇，美劇集數很多，但不長，集與集之間關系不大。笑點之類的在於語言和肢體語言本身，對話比較多，生活化，比較適合練聽力。不像電影，情節、動作轉移了注意力，對白不多，不夠貼近生活，不建議。
而且美劇的話，因為長，一季又一季的下來，對於主角的口音很熟悉了，聽起來會更順利，也會下意識去模仿那種口音，這樣久而久之你的口語也會帶些洋味。
