首先， 以正常速度把你要聽的文章或段落聽一遍，不要有任何的停頓。通過第一遍要努力聽專懂屬文章的大概含義。了解主要講解了什麼。當然，如果能記下幾個key words輔助理解會更好。

第二， 第二遍和第三遍聽文章或段落的時候， 每聽一句，停頓幾秒把所聽句子 聽寫下來。

第三， 最後一遍還是以正常的速度聽文章和段落，查缺補漏。檢查前兩遍聽寫的內容是否准確，進行補充。

如果聽力文章以以上步驟聽完，仍然不能達到文章的完整性，即寫完80%的內容，那麼就再反復聽文章或段落直到達到文章的完整性。但是第四遍以後無論聽多少遍盡量整段落的聽，不要一句一句的聽寫。

有的時候，如果聽寫的文章過長的時候，可以分幾個段落，分幾天來完成。切莫心急吃熱豆腐。

2、聽的時候要記下主要用詞，如句子中的主要動詞或版句子組成主要句子

3、時間權、地點、人物一定要當時記下

4、其他內容，如形容詞、副詞等等可以事後自己補上，只要不影響文章內容、原意，沒記清換成別的也沒人計較

5、如果不是專業從事這方面工作，速記在英語聽力中所佔比例根本不大
