4、跟讀過程中要注意的幾點：
（1）一定要盡力模仿發音和語調，越象越好。
（2）開始時速度可以比較慢，要逐步使自己跟上人家的速度。
（3）中間可以回倒重放，但我傾向於讓大家完成一小段後再回去重來。
5、同步閱讀。當你對文章發音、語調完全掌握之後，就要在放錄音的同時同步跟讀。爭取讓自己的聲音與他完全重合。注意語調和語音。如果中間有結巴的地方也不要緊，繼續讀下去，然後再回來重讀。
6、關掉錄音機，朗誦課文。注意使用學到的語音語調。 帶滾瓜爛熟之後，可以進入下一篇課文。
這樣，一兩個月之後，當你」精讀」過五到十篇約一千字篇幅的文章之後，你會發現你的英語發音和聽力有了明顯的進步。 再配合其他學習，如與人聊天，看電視，聽廣播，等等，口語水平會得到顯著提高。

提高英語聽力，要做到

發音要准，要有耐心，若沒有真人對話的環境，就要靠聽磁版帶來提權高聽力，這時候要耐心地圖質量而不圖數量，要一篇文章一篇文章地徹底聽懂和說清楚，不能欺騙自己，不聽透一篇文章，就不進行下一篇文章，徹底聽懂一篇文章就向著成功前進一大步。聽力的長進是突變的，一段時間內你感覺不出來聽力的進步，有的人因此就堅持不下去而放棄了，但堅持下去的，某天早上起來，你就會突然感覺到自己的聽力大進步了。

提高英語寫作，要做到
要寫好英語作文，英語基礎必不可少，比如單詞、語法啊那些，你只有有一定詞彙量了，才能游刃有餘地運用。另外，寫作文必須要自己組織語言、句子結構，所以我覺得語法很重要。當然，要寫好作文也不是一朝一夕的事，平時還得多練，多看範文的模式，然後再跟自己的進行對比，找出一些規律和技巧，這樣才能不斷地提高英語作文水平。

1、利用聽前時間預測內容利用聽錄音前的時間，迅速地捕捉每個小題題乾和選項所提供的信息，預測短文或對話可能涉及到的內容。

這樣聽錄音材料時就有的放矢，有所側重，提高答題的准確率。

請看一個實例：

相應的錄音原文是：

首先通過瀏覽題目找出關鍵詞where, first判定這是一道地點細節題，在聽錄音的過程中我們要著重尋找cinema, market, restaurant這三個詞，同時判斷哪一個是the first。

雖然restaurant是第一個出現的詞，但是從女方的回答中，根據after的提示可知market是她第一個要去的地方。

3、不要猶豫答題克服猶豫不決的毛病。

對自己有把握的試題應快速作答，對無把握的試題也要在所聽信息的基礎上排除錯誤選項，進行優化處理。不會作答的，立即暫時擱置，准備聽新的題目。

不管聽什麼材料，注意力一定要集中在整體內容的理解上，千萬不能只停留在個別單詞或單句上，聽不清時馬上放棄，不要強迫聽清每一個詞，要把重點放在聽關鍵詞即實詞上，一邊聽一邊把要點及回答問題的關鍵詞記下來。

其它實用小技巧：

1、不要奢望聽懂每一個字，要做到對內容的整體理解。

2、拿到卷子的第一件事，就是抓緊時間閱讀試題，預測談話大致內容。

3、短對話，答案多在第二個人說話中出現;長對話，主旨題要先抓住開頭的幾句，中部往往是細節題。

4、抓中心詞，兩次以上連續重復出現，一定要提高警惕。

5、遇到數字和時間等信息，要隨手記，有助於題目的解答。

6、聽完回憶對話內容時，運用歸納、推理或計算等方法，用已知導出未知。
