這道題目考的是告示，很多同學可能寫成了書信，還有同學反應上了考場，一看李明就寫成書信了。很多人在微博上問我，說寫成書信會不會不給分?這點大家放心，不會的。書信和告示只是格式有些區別，老師主要還是看的你語言和內容，即使你完全寫成書信的方式，最多扣一兩分，甚至不一定會扣，還是關鍵看你的語言寫的怎麼樣，所以大家不過太用擔心。

這篇文章我們知道告示的格式，首先第一行應該寫一個Notice，放在第一行正中央，第一個字母大寫，不要點點，因為這不是一個句子。下面應該寫日期，像今天是12月26號，如果基礎不太好的話，你可以使用縮寫，12月可以使用Dec.，第一個字母D大寫，後面來一個點表示縮寫，26逗號2015，2015不要點點，中間正文，正文寫一段到三段都可以。但是建議大家最好還是寫成三段，最後來一個落款，題目要求落款寫李明，就寫李明就可以，不能出現自己的真實姓名。
告示的格式包括四個部分，就是標題、日期、正文、落款，上文說過，即使你格式寫錯了也沒關系，最多扣一到兩分，關鍵還是看你的語言，你的內容和題目是不是沾邊。這道題目首先write之後是提綱。第一點提綱，就是提供一些關於圖書館相關的的信息，關於圖書館，考研作文考過。2007年考研作文，考的就是給圖書館寫一封信，關於改進服務，提出你的建議，很多同學背了那篇作文，這篇文章其實可以使用，不是很難。
