2．主體。這是調查報告最主要的部分，這部分詳述調查研究的基本情況、做法、經驗，以及分析調查研究所得材料中得出的各種具體認識、觀點和基本結論。
3．結尾。結尾的寫法也比較多，可以提出解決問題的方法、對策或下一步改進工作的建議；或總結全文的主要觀點，進一步深化主題；或提出問題，引發人們的進一步思考；或展望前景，發出鼓舞和號召。

The driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was slumped behind the steering wheel. The proprietor of the newsstand was yelling at the driver and shaking a magazine at him.
