第二步：選擇學習素材。根據你的學習目標來選擇學習素材，此處以大學四六級考試為例。你需要購買四六級詞彙手冊（或者安裝手機APP）傳統解決方案或移動解決方案二選一，各有優勢。你得准備歷年的真題（比如近10年的真題）和最新的模擬題。一些關相關的教程。

第三步：針對你的學習目標和學習素材制定你的學習規劃。

這一步非常重要，根據你的學習目標時間節點來配置你每年、每個月、每周、每天的學習量。具體操作步驟如下：

2.選擇並確定學習的地點。為聽、說、讀、寫、背誦、積累、刷題分別選擇合適的學習環境。

這一步非常重要，因為它將決定你接下來的任務執行效率。比如由於條件限制，你必須在移動的地鐵上學英語，那麼看書、刷題這類任務顯然不適合安排在這樣的地點，安排音頻類學習就會更加合適。如果你有自己的書房或者自習室，為了不影響他人，你可以安排刷題或者單詞學習。如果你有一片操場或者一個人跡罕至的地方，不如大聲開口背誦美文、範文或者模仿發音。

第四步：你可以找一門相應的課程（音頻、視頻或者文字的都行——有錢買付費的，沒錢找找看有沒有免費的）。這樣不至於你走太多的彎路。

第五步：把你的學習任務和時間規劃做成表格列印出來，隨身攜帶或者貼在隨時可以看到的地方，再拍一張照片儲存在手機里，這樣你可以反復查看。
