其實沒有那麼高要求，面試的時候主要看你的口語和是否有責任心，一般來說雅思監考官不會在版外面公開招聘的權。有時候英國駐華使館文化處招，但是不定期。
你去英國駐華使館文化處找找申請表，申請過程是填申請表並回答上面的相關問題，然後他們篩選application form，通過的會去邀請參加面試，面試過的就ok了。之後training，再observe一次考試，然後就開始監考了。
在面試前他們會讓你把英語考級或者雅思證書帶去，但這並不必須。
我雅思是8年前考的，證書早過期也找不到了，說明了一下後面試官就說『沒有也無所謂』，所以說證書不是特別重要，關鍵還是看口語我覺得，還有就看面試時他們所提出的一些關於道德啊、責任方面的問題。
以前據說都是老外監考的，但現在全是中國人了，連筆試當天的主考都是英領館文化教育處的中國人，只有口語還都是老外。
