同學你好，4分的抄話不建議你一開始就用真題做練習。首先你可以拿一本單詞書提高一下自己的詞彙量，閱讀詞彙相對難度大一些，你可以從口語和聽力的詞彙開始學習，listen to this初級的難度比較適合你，它還有配合練習的習題。口語你可以在網上找一下雅思口語考試的視頻，了解一下真實的考試狀態，在網上搜集一下口語話題，先練習一下自己的思維，並且試著用英文表達出來，一開始能說多少都無所謂，主要看你有思路沒有，寫作也是，試著看看不同寫作題目自己的思路，然後可以對比一下口語參考書和雅思真題後面的考官範文對比一下。
在這中間可以拿真題的閱讀來讀一讀，熟悉雅思閱讀的文章體裁和結構，也可以積累一些生詞。等到你有了一定的積累量，再去做真題練習。做真題的時候一定注意要把握時間，不要超過考試規定的時間。
