❶ 一個人怎麼練英語口語嗎（希望能說的詳細點）

不知道樓主所謂的「低基礎」是怎麼定義的。我對雅思不是很了解口語6分應該還不錯吧

首先 單詞很重要 語法要掌握，二者缺一不可，還是那個老比喻，蓋房子不能少了磚，可是磚的質量很重要，背單詞不能太隨便，一定要做到能聽能說能寫能讀。光有磚塊沒有水泥鋼筋的房子是沒人敢恭維的。少了語法的英語說出來是會嚇死人的。學好語法，別在人家面前五四五二八的亂講話。這些都是最基本。只有基礎打牢，才能一步一步往上提高。

以下均為我自己練習口語的方法

最一開始，就是一個字 讀 不管是課文，句子，單詞，繞口令。跟著磁帶讀，然後自己讀用錄音機錄下來，和磁帶做比較，這能讓你很直觀的知道自己幾斤幾兩重。我現在偶爾會聽以前自己的口語錄音，（我嘞個去，好挫）。但是，我不推薦這么練口語。因為發音會變得磁帶化，正正經經，一板一眼的，正常人在日常生活中會那麼說話嗎？所以，現在教材附帶CD，磁帶我一概不聽不跟讀（除了詞彙類）。

很多人喜歡看電影學口語，我也是，而且我覺得這個方法非常給力。可以學到很多俚語的。首先，樓主可以在accent 的問題作一個選擇，美式還是英式 。然後，模仿裡面的人物講話（就我個人而言，有英文字幕會方便一些）。我個人覺得沒必要每個角色都去模仿，太累了。我主要模仿的呢有兩個，一個是美國女星希拉里·達夫，。另外一位是美劇《how I met your mother》里Lily的扮演者， 我很喜歡她們講話的那種感覺；不管語腔；語調；語速甚至是表情我都會跟著模仿。很不謙虛的提一下，我們教會經常會有很多國外的傳道人，牧師和弟兄姊妹過來，我經常和他們交談（這也是學口語的好方法），很多人都問我是不是在美國長大的。不管別人怎麼說，至少我很欣賞現在自己講英語的感覺。

恩，接下來想分享的我不確定對樓主口語有幫助，但絕對沒壞處。如果樓主像我一樣神經大條，可以試試，我會對著鏡子，幻想各種自己喜歡情景，然後像個瘋子一樣地自言自語...比方說，有時候我們的機車班主任真的很讓我火大，但是在學校又不得不低頭，於是乎回到家就開始對著鏡子，表情各種誇張的開罵...還有拿著筆袋當話筒，想像自己站在格萊美的舞台上發表頒獎感言也是我常乾的事兒...這只是一種自娛自樂和發泄情緒的方式...樓主參考...

此外，還有幾個建議想分享一下
1.抓住么一個可以和外國人交流的機會，放開膽，他們很nice 的，不會因為一點點的語法錯誤而認為你不優秀。
2.不單單中國有層出不窮的各種網路新名詞，關注國外的，英語也要講的geilivable
3.沒有什麼比堅持更可貴，不要每天糾結於「我進步了沒」，往前走就對了，等你哪天突然回過頭看的時候，你會佩服自己怎麼可以走這么遠！
