In today's rapid changing society, it is hard to allege that the increasing of people's efficiency and hence enable most of people have more leisure time are the primary goal of technological advancement. As is so often pointed out, modern technology make the relationship between people become more impersonal and aloof. The early initiative handicraft has been replaced by assembly line of machinery, and the works' jobs are always unutterably boring. The bargaining between people also gives its ways to the high efficient trade in the supermarket. So, spectacles above are the primary goal of the modern technology, it bound to raise many persons' unsatisfactory.

It is certainly true that today traffic in cities throughout the world has become a major problem. This is
obvious from the number of vehicles on our roads and the amount of pollution they cause. Probably the

It is also true that, these days, such daily commuting is not always necessary because people can do these
things from home. We can see this in the options Information Technology gives us today. For instance,
on-line work, distance learning and shopping facilities are all available via the Internet.

However
, even if everyone had access to the technology and the opportunity to work from home, it is
unrealistic to think that everyone would want to. Even though the technology for working, studying or
shopping on-line makes this option a possibility, nevertheless it would mean people had less freedom of
choice and less social contact in their lives. This would have a large impact on society as a whole.
So, in conclusion, I think that while this practice could rece the traffic problems in our cities, it is most
unlikely to be an acceptable solution. In terms of other solutions, perhaps we need to think more carefully
about facilitating public transport and limiting private cars in our city centres. The development of public
transport that is not road-based, such as sky trains or subways, would probably be a more acceptable
alternative measure to rece jams on our roads.

Some people think we should keep all the money we earn and not pay tax to the state. Do you agree or disagree?

Some people may feel it is their rights to retain their money without paying taxes. However, I believe paying a certain portion of their income to the governments is eventually beneficial to all.
Rather than a deprivation of people』s rights to their earnings, taxation is a way to ensure that such rights do exist. At first glance, it seems unreasonable that people should be compelled to give up part of their money, because people earn their money through their own work and they should have the rights to the fruit of their work. However, such rights can hardly exist if they are not protected by the governments. For example, when crimes are rampant and the country is conquered and enslaved by a foreign foe, people』s lives will be endangered, not to mention their rights to their earnings. To protect such rights, the country needs efficient legal institutions and strong armed forces, which involve a cost. This cost need to be shared by people in the form of taxation.
In addition, taxation can also help to amplify people』s enjoyment of their earnings. It is true that paying taxes leads to people』s income being reced. However, even without paying the taxes, ordinary indivials would not be so rich as to afford a private park or a large library. Through government spending, which is made possible by taxes from a huge number of people, they can access and enjoy some large-scale facilities, such as hospitals, parks, libraries and highways. In this way, people can enjoy more than what they can indivially afford.
Understandably, there may be concerns that some people are too poor to pay taxes, or that governments may not use the taxes effectively for common good causes. But these questions are related to how taxes should be collected and how they should be managed. For the sake of protecting people』s rights to their earnings and making the best use of the earnings, I therefore argue that people should contribute part of their income to the state revenue.

Mitchell himself is shown playing prison league games, and is surprisingly still able to play above the rim.

His story, like others, was written on courts between the West and East Bay.

It seems to me that there is a clear-cut answer to this question. Although in the early years of a child's life parents are the principal ecators, that role is soon assumed very largely by the child's teachers. First and foremost, teachers know best in terms of ecation. They are professional ecators, and as such they are better equipped with expertise in teaching. It is in schools, too, that children make friends and learn how to act in a socially responsible manner. Teachers know best how to organize, motivate and discipline their students. Furthermore, as children spend most of their time in schools, teachers have more influence on them than their parents do.
Parents, on the other hand, are mostly either too busy to spend time with their children, or are ignorant of the right way to ecate them. This is not to say that parents can shirk (refuse to take) their responsibility for ecating their children. Parenting is an important factor that shapes competency and character formation in children. Failure to take such responsibility constitutes delinquency as parents.
Nevertheless, given the professional qualifications of teachers and the time they spend with their students, it is clear that the overwhelming burden of ecating children falls upon the shoulders of teachers.
