聽力方面，托福聽力是先聽後做題，在做題前你是看不見題目的，所有聽力內容是記在幾張白紙上，因此托福聽力需要良好的筆記能力，以及對整個聽力內容整體脈絡結構的把握。 而雅思聽力則是邊聽邊做題，正式開始前還會有幾十秒時間預覽下題目，我們在考前就可以對考點有大致的把握。但不管是哪個，你都要把握聽力的進度。從聽力的角度來說，托福稍難一些。

• 口語方面，托福口語考試採用人機模式,所以對話內容全都是在電腦上完成的,從考試內容來看,主要以發表觀點及復數聽力的內容為主;雅思口語考試採用考生和考官面對面溝通的形式,考試內容以與考官的互相交流和描述事物為主。

• 閱讀方面，托福的閱讀是比較容易定位的，有些題目不用通讀全文，因為大多給定的題目就在指定的段落里，即使不對整片文章有把握，也可以做題。而托福閱讀里有一類比較變態的題是文章大意的概括，需要你對整片文章的幾點大意(一般3點)知曉，然後在6-7個選項中選3個。這類題目算是托福閱讀里比較難的了，但是一般出在最後，通過上面題目對文章各段的了解，應該說完成此題也不是太難。就定位而言，雅思的定位應該是比托福難的。題目不會指示你去哪一段尋找。因為做雅思閱讀的時候，一般推薦是先通讀一遍題目，劃出關鍵詞，然後邊讀文章邊定位。雅思閱讀以是非判斷題出名。這類題之所以變態是因為還有not given這個選項，有時候它和false非常具有迷惑性。按我的看法，還是定位，如果通讀文章後定到位的，那無非是是或者否，如果沒有定到位，或者說雖然提到這個東西，但是說的是另外一件事情，那就是NG。不過這個東西說起來容易做起來難。我也無能為力了。 有一點值得一題，雅思閱讀是1個小時做3篇，3篇各自時間無限制。而托福閱讀是第一篇一定要在20分鍾內完成，後兩篇40分鍾。一般來說托福的第一篇閱讀是比較難的，加之一開始進考場有試音干擾和心態波動，因為非常容易第一篇做不好，而且時間會很緊甚至來不及。大家考前最好是有此打算，就算第一篇砸了，也沒有必要萬念俱灰。

• 寫作方面，托福寫作考試以先聽後寫的方式,通過聽力和閱讀的文章,寫出兩者不同的地方;雅思寫作考試則完全不同,在寫作中會穿插各種各樣的圖表類型,無論從考試前准備的數量上還是考試的難度上都遠遠超過了托福。不過在托福考試中聽力和筆記能力是整個考試的關鍵,一旦把握的不好,難度也是不小的。

略加修改，提點自己的意見：
In most of the universities there are a variety of housing options for students to choose. University dormitories and off-campus apartments are two of the most common choices. Each of these options has its unique features, it is necessary for students to make their decisions wisely（從全文看這里跟careful沒關系吧，只是自己的選擇要符合自己的個性）.

The most obvious advantage living in dormitory is that students can use learning facilities, such as library, classroom and computer lab conveniently since those buildings, along with dormitories, are built on campus. Furthermore, living in dormitory means living with other peer students. It is comparably safer for students to live with their congeners than to live with stranger. A survey concted by Beijing University shows clearly that most of respondent students claim that living in dormitory is the best option in terms of safety. (Convenience in using facilities & safety consideration)可以多elaborate一點，in campus的好處如果只是這么一點的話，那麼in campus 和off campus 的對比不夠強烈，而且很vague。vague argument 不好得分的。

Admittedly, there are also many unique features that apartment have alluring many students. Firstly, it is inevitable for those who choose off-campus accommodation to live with somebody with various backgrounds, as a result, students have more opportunities getting along with these people and communicating with them. Thus students' social experience can be improved and their horizon is enlarged. (Besides, living far from university campus and their family, students has to learn how to arrange their study and personal life properly. For example, they have to wash clothes or cook by themselves instead of simply avoid these problems by eating in campus refectory or calling for dormitory laundry services as what those living in dormitory do.)這個argument跟前面的構不成對比，並不是其特有的一個特徵。在這篇文章的context下沒有實際意義，不妨換成自由空間與體驗社會相關的例子，凸顯住在校外的獨特優勢。Off campus的第一個argument很好。

From what have been discussed above, a balanced view can be concluded. Since they have their own personal preference regarding to where to live， it is reasonable to say both university dormitories and off-campus apartments are fitting for them.

如果在考場上可以有這樣的表現的話，拿個6分應該沒問題。要注意的是單詞拼寫，錯誤很多。語言習慣什麼的還是有很強的中國式英語殘留，介詞使用不到位，單詞使用不是太准確。expression有一些難以理解，我按照我自己的理解做了修改，如果有違原來的表達意思就無視吧。注意使用合適的argument，elaboration要到位，只是點一下的話還不如不要這個argument。這篇文章有點短，起碼要多寫100詞的樣子。G類的作文還是挺重要的，注意自己寫作中對於移民的獨特看法，千篇一律的看法要引不起考官興趣，要悲劇。最好練習的時候要有時間限制，營造一種考場的氣氛。考場上的發揮基本要比平時練習差。我今年年初考A類作文，只拿了6.5分，總結經驗應該歸罪於第一篇文章時間太長，導致第二篇沒有足夠的時間構造argument和elaborate，最後balance也是比較倉促。time management很重要。
