開頭交待背景，引出觀點，泛泛的說這個觀點過於simplistic.（這個單詞可以理解為「說法片面」，即部分對部分錯，我在下面兩個主體段分別分析所謂「對」和「錯」）

主體段1. Indeed開頭, 說女性和男性的本身有不同的性格特點, which would affect the way they deal with the problems.接下來開始論證: First with dolls and later with younger brothers or sisters, girls are given the role of care.在成長的日常生活中她們 identify patient and gentle manner as the way they do. In contrast, boys learn competitive roles, 因此 it is common that 男孩fight with each others or dream of adventures, while girls are better at communication. 這樣的天性definitely會導致他們會有截然不同的思考及行為模式when attempting to solve problems.

結論，男性和女性有著inherent 不同的characters,因此在行為上，男性 tend to be more aggressive，while 女性更擅長communications。但這絕不意味著，作為領導，男性領導人就會帶來暴力而女性執政會天下太平。In this enlightened society, after all, 世界和平時每個人心中的美好願望。（這里是對兩個主體段落的再一次概括）
