口語考試：是一對一進行，考官會首先就考生的一些個人問題發問，並選擇話題加以展開。到一定程度後，考官出示題目卡，要求考生就題目所涉及內容進行回答並適當展開論述，時間不少於一分鍾。最後，考官會就一些深入的話題與考生進行討論，以考察考生的應對能力。總長度時限為14分鍾。
