3. After arrived - After arriving 或者 after I had arrived
4. must been left somewhere - must have been left somewhere
5. it could not be found 嚴格說起來這個地方不適用被動語態，不過應該不影響雅思評分。
6. Firstly - 改稱First比較好，因為First偏重說明時間順序，Firstly偏重說明重要性順序。
7. I might left it - I might had left it 過去完成時
8. the customer service replayed - 你是要說replied吧
9. that they did not find any similar item 不算錯，但是過去完成時更好
10. Although I will not able to - Although用錯了，這句句子的關系不是轉折，應該是遞進，可以改稱比如as well as.
11. withdraw cash for the bank - from the bank
12. inconveniences which mentioned above - 這個地方語法上應該用that連接，而不是which, 建議省略。
13. I, therefore, request - 和e to 重復了，要去掉一個。
14. it could be done as soon as - 這個地方用被動語態不夠客氣。
15. regards 也太隨便了，至少應該寫Best regards，正式書信以Dear Sir開頭，應該Yours faithfully結尾。

Today, along with the boom in the economy, traveling overseas tends to be widespread. Someone tends to support that foreign tourists should pay more for visiting a country』 tourist attractions than local people: but I disagree with this opinion.
This proposal may conce to unfairness or inequality, and will inevitably lead to a vicious circle. As is known to all, historic attractions are owned by all human beings and should be shared by people from all over the world equally. Once this suggestion is implemented, an unfavourable impression of this country would be formed in no time. Consequently, there may be a trend that foreign travellers may never come again and those who gain this negative information may alter their travelling schele and choose the places of historic and cultural values which treat them without discrimination.
Admittedly, it is undeniable that this decision will increase me local fiscal revenues in a short term and the local government would have sufficient budget to allocate for the maintenance of facilities in and outside the tourist attractions: which will boost the local tourism in return. Actually, in a long term, charging foreign visitors more may impede the development of local tourism e to a substantial loss of foreign tourists in the future/
Taking all these factors into account: I believe that it is not a wise decision to charge foreign visitors more and it is highly suggested that everyone should be treated equally. In fact charging without bias is beneficial to the dissemination of a country』s opinion.

Also, as the ty carrier in promoting social development, by guaranteeing the right of ecation and health care, the government are enabled to encourage citizens to make more contributions to the society.

Government』s investment on these two fields is beneficial to ensure social equality. Being free of charge, every citizen can take advantage of these social services, without the worries about being treated unfairly e to their lack of social resources, such as their social status and human network. Besides, this will be helpful to rece the difference between the rich and the poor, at least in these two basic rights, creating a more harmonious social atmosphere.

Admittedly, if the citizens are wealthy enough, or when they demand some special service, or when the government is too limited in its budget, indivials』 sharing some of the cost may also seem to be reasonable. However, rare cases of particular requirements do not represent the general pursuits of the public, and limitation in budget does not free the government of its accountability.

To sum up, government should provide free ecation and healthcare to the public and pay the cost. Only when people are better ecated and healthier in physiques, can the society be more harmonious in atmosphere and dynamic in development.
