考完總結經驗，一方面放下心理負擔，老外考官很隨意的，他就是來跟你聊天的，他考你是看你以後能不能跟其他老外交流而不是看你能不能當演說家。很多考生不自覺地把part2當成英語課的課前演講那是給自己圖曾負擔，你就當是在跟一個不善言辭地朋友聊天，考官都不會出聲，有的會用眼神肢體跟你交流，有的低著頭，但他們的確是在聽你說，你甚至可以拋出個反問，揚個眉毛頓一下繼續說，就像你平時說話一樣自然點就行。華麗麗的辭藻，復雜的句式在筆試的時候都考過你了，聊天就是讓對方聽懂你說的話，且聽得不太累，所以口語說得穩一點，慢一點，朴實一點，話題普通一點，用詞貼切一點OK。
另一方面關於思路，很重要的一點是拿到題目不要往裡鑽。比如說有趣的新聞，我那時候學習緊張哪有時間看新聞，於是搜腸刮肚十幾年前的新聞都回想了一遍也沒有想出又「有趣」又是「新聞」的東西。其實考官才不管你說的新聞是不是真的存在，真的有趣，他們只是想看你會不會表達，連不連貫。哪怕你說「新聞報導某家的狗死了很有趣」，只要說得有條理，讓他聽懂了，說足時間，你說這是有趣的，是個新聞，它就是個話題。口語主要考表達，能說的十分切題固然好，但誰都不能保證抽到擅長的題目，因此只能搭到邊的就扯，扯時遵循兩個原則：1.自己了解的，2.方便表達的，說到時間到你就贏了。比如：「某家狗死了，很有趣...(幾句話描述一下這個核心事件，然後開始扯），（如果你對動物很了解→）說到狗/動物，我非常喜歡，我/我的鄰居以前養了一隻，它叫XX，它...（繼續扯）但是我/鄰居的祖母不喜歡XX，家人甚至為此爭吵過...最後XX被送走了/老太太搬出了房子/大家互相諒解了，（如果時間還沒到）so，you know，看到那則新聞我就想起了XX」，這里說看到了死狗就想到了愛犬邏輯的確有點猥瑣，但這只是個極端的例子，一般人不會說看到死狗覺得有趣。。。扯來扯去考官頂多覺得這孩子思維跳躍，但他不是在考你的思維，評分標准里也沒有「要切題，不準亂扯」這一條，況且前面不是沒切過題。這樣發散的思維說得好聽點是頭腦靈活，俗一點就是很會YY。這是可以鍛煉出來的，給自己找點topics，然後不斷聯想可以扯到的各個方面，只要想到點就可以不用展開，久而久之就會發現自己的思維不是這么僵硬了，說不定考試時還會扯到你曾YY到的節點。
關於背，最好不要背段，背句子句式。講的順不是背，可以讓別人被段東西給你看看，再看看老師講課，流暢地背和流暢地說神態是不同的。你要是准備的較充分，背的時候一邊想想從嘴裡冒出來的話是什麼意思，語句間適當停頓、加入適當的肢體語言以及和考官的眼神交流。如果面無表情地一股腦兒噴出來都不知道自己在說什麼誰都看得出是背的；如果面無表情說得斷斷續續，考官只會覺得你背得不流暢。
