锻炼联想来和记忆两块：每晚睡前，回忆自今天教了哪些。针对单词，把中文写在旁，这是不科学的。我认为音标要熟，多看、多“背”（不是死记，用心感觉的）。也可以在音标基础：结合中文，这就要锻炼联想能力了。
句子，学会公式。还有平常多累积。

我是这样去背诵单词的
简单的说，背单词有如下方法（本人看法，做为参考）：回
1.拆词记答忆（最笨的方法）：如remember可拆为re
men
ber
在记词义
2.趣味记忆：morose
按音拆成mo（没）rose（肉丝），解释为做饭时没有肉丝，当然郁闷了。morose意思就为郁闷。
3.单词形式转换法则记忆：有的单词不需要全部背下来，背一些前后缀可以帮助记忆，如like否定为unlike（un前缀译为不）colour形容词colourful（ful后缀可使名词或动词变成形容词careful同样），这样一来，背下来一个单词相当于背下来两个单词甚至更多。
4.如别人所说的大声朗读，这样有助于更好记忆。
但是，背单词不能以背几个小时，这样既达不到预想的效果，而且使得自己感觉特别疲劳。换换脑子，也是能够快速背单词的一种方法。

记单词的时候脑子里想那个事物的样子,边想边背回..平时看到身边答的事物时想想它怎么念..
如果那个时候你记住了,估计你就真的记住了..偶就是这么背的,背多了会找到规律的
抽象词的话还是在句子里记忆比较好,带有感情去念这个句子,去感受这个词!
还有心理上的问题:你千万不要觉得背单词很烦,,想想自己如果背下了N多单词,很听懂很多句子不是很开心的事么?
