1 地点——首先要选在某市的某个教育区或者教育县，即这个县比较重视教育的投资与发展，切忌不要选在商业区，因为某些开办人觉得商业区的家庭都比较有钱，但是有钱的家长不一定会把钱投入到子女的教育上，所以选择教育区开办培训学校是重中之重。

2 师资——有了良好的教育氛围，接下来的就是培训机构的师资。强烈建议不要聘请些毫无教学经验、只有资格证书的教员。语言培训机构最重视的就是教学经验。你英语学得再专业，教不会学生也是白搭。其实就是教员的平均年龄，如果你打算针对青少年的英语培训，建议教员的平均年龄不要超过40岁，否则很难与学员良好沟通。如果是成人英语培训，教员的平均年龄最好在35岁以上，这样可以更加了解成人心理的走向。

3 规模——完全根据您自身的能力来决定。不要太小，最少应有3间小教室（30人左右）和1间大教室（80人以上），有能力最好开办英语角和视听室，这对培训人员的吸引力可不是一般二般的，大家学英语重在交流，如果只是上课，下课，回家这样3步走，根本达不到任何交流的目的，第一天学的第二天就忘了，长久下去您的教育水平就不会被家长所认可了，所以说必要的设施和设备是不可少的。
