在短暂中场休息后，宋逸轩老师走上讲台为同学们详细讲解了四六级改革的考点和考试难点。她从阅读的速度，短文中从句的理解，以及在短文中寻找答案的方法等方面入手，结合历年考题中长短句的理解和词汇含义的讲解，为同学们总结出了一套提高阅读的练习的方式和方法。讲座中，宋逸轩老师针对中国考生普遍写作模板化的问题，提出了提高写作得分的方法。现场学子们纷纷表示，宋老师对写作和听力方法的解析及建议，让他们受益匪浅。

整场讲座，现场气氛十分活跃，讲师们以风趣幽默，生动形象的实例讲解激发了现场同学们的热情，并认真记下现场老师们所讲的一些重要信息。

晚20时30分，讲座结束，但应现场同学们的强烈要求，老师们继续为大家解答了一些关于英语学习、提高及培养兴趣等方面的问题。最后，在同学们的依依不舍中讲座渐渐落下帷幕。

具体要求如下：

一、好教师教给学生学习方法教育的本质是把知识信息、价值观念移植到学生的大脑中,一名合格的教师只教会学生知识,最好的教师教给学习的方法.教师要在自己的教法树上嫁接别人好的做法.不同的学生需要不同的教学方法.

二、分析学生的学习优势,适度控制课堂.在我们的教学中,不能把学生当机器,把自己的教学复制到学生的大脑中,要采用适合自己和学生教法,激发学生心智,培养出各异的创新人才.1、 每个学生学习知识的优势是不一样的.眼睛是摄入大脑信息量最多的器官,其次是耳朵.有的学生通过读记忆效果最好,是视觉学习者；有的学生不读,理解记忆效果最好,有的学生需要讲出来,记忆效果最好,是动觉学习者.有的学生是听觉学习者.我们需要让学生体验一下,通过哪种方法自己的记忆效果最好.让学生分析自己是哪种学习者,学生找规律记忆就会使学习不痛苦.我在反思,早读学生背单词时,我总是要求手、脑、眼并用,实际上是没有针对学生实际去教学,用了“一刀切”的方法是不可取的,没有因材施教.2、 当所有肢体处于放松时,大脑是处于最机警的状态.因此,只要学生注意力必须在老师那里,我们就不应该强制性要求学生的坐姿,学生上课眼睛瞪着转笔时,不要管他,只要他能跟着老师脑子转就行,不要把学生从大脑高度集中中吵醒.正如一个专家所讲：“对学生的掌控就像手里握着的小鸟.”
