作为一名即将毕业踏入社会的大学生，这次实习就像是上台前的最后一次彩排，当我走进公司时那种激动而又紧张的心情不言而喻。生怕会在工作中出现差错，然而现在看来所有在实习中出现的困难，都是一笔珍贵的财富，警示着我在今后的工作中做得更好。

一、实习过程

开始实习之前，我多少有些心虚。因为我的许多朋友都有过假期打工的经历。而作为一名英语专业的学生，这次的实习却是我的第一次工作经历。从工作那天开始，我过着与以往完全不一样的生活，每天在规定的时间上下班，上班期间要认真准时地完成自己的工作任务，不能草率敷衍了事，我们肩上扛着的责任，不再只是对自己了，而是对一个公司，所以凡是都要小心谨慎。

学校换成了公司，同学换成了同事，不再有自由支配的时间，一切来得那么无情，但是去必须适应。其实我的工作就是、做些翻译、收发信函、报价、传真和邮件、绘制表格等。每天重复着这些烦琐的工作，时间久了容易厌倦，但是工作烦琐也不能马虎，一个小小的错误不但会给自己带来麻烦，更会给公司带来巨大的损失，而像公司的业务员每天都得到处奔波，他们必须具备坚韧不拔的个性，遭遇挫折时绝不能就此放弃，犯错时遭到领导责骂还不能赌气就此辞职，每次看到他们我就会充满干劲。

踏上了社会我们开始与形形色色的人打交道，由于存在着利益关系，很多时刻同事不会像同学一样嘘寒问暖，有时候我会很矫情的想起安妮宝贝说过的，纯粹的东西总是死的很快，而现在所能做的，只有在怀念中适应变化的一切。

二、实习感悟

“在大学里学的不是知识而是一种叫自学的能力。”当我真正走上工作岗位时才深刻的体会到这句话的含义，除了英语和计算机操作外，课本上学的理论用的很少，我担任的助理一职平时做些接待客户、处理文件，有时觉得没有太多挑战性，而同公司的网站开发人员就大部一样了，计算机知识日新月异，他们不得不以自学尽快掌握新知识，迎接一个一个新的挑战，如果他们之靠在学校中学到的知识肯定是不行的。我们必须工作中勤于动手，不断学习新知识积累经验，没有自学能力的人迟早会被企业和社会淘汰。

我最大的感悟就是真诚所至，金石为开。不管多难做，做好自己的那一份，总有一天会有收获，只是时间的问题。但如果你不去做，这一天永远不会像天上掉馅饼那样到来。就像士兵突击中的许三多，从泥巴到尖子只是做与不做的区别。

另外，人际关系的处理也很关键，虽说在工作中能力必须有，但如果没有同事的合作与包容，你可能什么都做不了。以前可能是因为电视剧看的太多的原因，我总是感觉职场上充满了明争暗斗，要处事圆滑甚至耍些小聪明才能生存。但在与同事相处的过程中，我觉得更重要的是放大别人的优点，缩小别人的缺点。多站在别人的立场上想问题。。

还有就是坚持的重要性。也许是受阿甘正传和士兵突击两部影视作品的影响。再加上实习中自己的感悟。我觉得，整个人生有因就有果。只有做好身边的每一件小事，才能得到所谓的善果。针对大学生眼高手低的特点更应重视坚持的重要性。也许我们所不在意的一件小事，就是我们的一个机会。要想长成参天大树就要靠坚持靠积累。

针对助理的职业特点，具体遇到挫折时不妨从调整心态来疏解压力，并进行冷静复习，从客观、主观、目标、环境、条件等方面找出受挫的原因，总之，通过这些感悟，我不仅明了我会在以后的工作中做得更好，更会学会珍惜，珍惜父母的每一分辛苦转赚来的钱，珍惜每一次工作机会„„因为懂得了它们的重要性，以后我会更加珍惜。

三、实习总结

首先，是建议方面的。希望以后学校可以增加实践环节以增加学生们的工作能力，并以社会需求为导向调整课程设置，毕竟，我们改变不了招聘条件，职能使自己成为人才，这就要求学校加大教学改革力度以适应社会需求。

其次，是我在本次实习表现的总结。通过这次实习，我收获了工作和为人处事方面的经验，但是也有一些遗憾，也许因为实习日子短的关系，我对助理工作的认识还仅仅停留在表面，未能具体处理全部工作，虽然有了一定的理论上的认识但仍缺乏实践。针对以上总结，在今后的学习和工作中我要做到以下五点：

其一是加强英语的学习。对于助理这一职务虽然频繁的应用英语，但作为自己的专业却可以成为我的优势。可是，在实习的过程中这个优势却并不怎么突出，这是由于我对英语还处于会而不精的原因。所以，在以后的学习中我要通过扩大词汇量和增大阅读面来提高自己的英语水平，使自己的优势更加突出。

其二是加强沟通能力。通过实习，我发现，专业知识固然重要，但良好的沟通能力是让别人发现自己能力的前提，对于助理这个职位来说，沟通能力更是包括了一个人从穿衣打扮到言谈举止等一切行为的能力。通过在日后的交际中来提高我的沟通能力一定会在我以后找工作的过程中起到事半功倍的作用。

其三增强前提是奉献的意识。因为是突出个性自我的关系，在这一方面我做得很不够。我们虽然一在日常的工作和生活中接受了团结合作的重要性，停留在这个大家都认同的概念中，可能会进一个误区，理论正确行动却没有效果，这就要求我们每个人增加奉献精神，一个人若不懂得在团队中主动奉献，能力再好也会变成可有可无的角色。应该把自己所拥有的知识能力奉献出来才能促进团队的进步，并使自己的能力得到认同。

其四是学习忍耐，社会不像学校，它关系网错综复杂，没有人可以无条件的接受你的一切情绪，俗话说，忍一时风平浪静，退一步海阔天空，要保持宽容的心态，在风平浪静时海阔天空处才能更好的获得成功，处理好一切关系。

其五是要做好身边的每一件事。现在我的人生观和过去有些不同，曾经年少轻狂，好高骛远，总觉得明天肯定会很美。现在，在我心中定义的美跟以前不同，得到的方式也不同。现在的美是一种踏实的感觉。而且是通过自己的坚持不懈的努力得来的。

实习是每一个大学毕业生必须拥有的一段宝贵经历，而这次实习的意义，对我来说已不再是完成学分、完成毕业实习的任务，而是我们真正在实践中开始接触社会、了解社会的一次重要机会，让我们学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识，增长了见识，开阔了视野，为我以后走上工作岗位打下了坚实的基础。 。

虽然我们即将走向社会，但作为一个刚踏入社会的年轻人，几乎没有任何社会经验。可在实习期间的每一件小事中，我们能够体会到人际关系、机会、评价、竞争、成功、失败等各种我们在今后经常会遇到的事件，相信这些宝贵的经验会成为我今后成功的重要基石。而在这剩下的半年中，我们能再学些什么，再做些什么，这短短的实习经历能给我们很好的启示。

在这短短的2个多月中，我除了学会了一些工作的基本技能外，也学到了做人做事的道理，更让自己浮躁的心平静了下来，看清了自己的能力，明白了自己究竟想要的是什么。这些都是在学校中所学不到的宝贵的东西，更让我看到了这个社会竞争的残酷，所以只有保持进取心才能使自己不被淘汰 实习结束之后，当初对自己适合什么样的工作什么岗位的迷茫已渐渐消失，心理终于有了些轮廓，在现实生活中，走好人生第一步是重要性不言而喻，它会影响我们今后的道路，我会带着在实习中的收获，去争取去努力，把握好人生中的每一个机会，找到自己想要的生活。

实习的时间快而又短暂，不知不觉实习的时间很快就过去了。回想这段日子，我真的有很失落过，也有很认真过，很高兴过，而现在就是很珍惜这段经验。马上就要回学校了，还有很多事情等着我去做，现在重要的就是要对这段实习时间做个报告，也是对自己实习的鉴定。

在半年的学习生活以来。我学会了很多，也懂得了很多从生活中没发获得到的知识和道理。回顾半年以来，从那天真的我直接到经历了生活中的挫折和失败，到现在稳重和冷静的我，使我明白了一个道理：人生不可能存在一帆风顺的事，只有自己勇敢地面对人生中的每一个挫折和失败，才能通往自己的罗马大道。在这半年里，我有失落过，烦恼过，悲伤过。有时觉得自己放手让时间在自己的手里流走，可能是或者我的缺陷和不足。

新四级考试整个流程
新四级考试的时间：9：00－11：20分
考试从9:10开始，首先做写作题，（15% 15分）

It is a place we are most proud of and where we like to spend most of our time. In such an honorable place we have noticed recently some phenomena which hurt our eye. Some seats in the reading rooms are ‘permanently reserved vacant seats’, that is, some students “occupy” some seats they never come to use. What a terrible waste of valuable resource! Some other students are too noisy, talking among themselves, leaving mobile phone beeping anytime. And some library staff is ill-mannered and rude and not helpful most of time. These and other undesirable things have already done damage to the fame of our university and caused a lot of inconvenience to the users.
Dear President, we hope that something can be done to change and reverse the current situation. Let our cozy, comfortable, quiet, effective library come back.

Buying or Borrowing Books?

Books can arm us with knowledge and information we need to make success of life. There are generally two ways in which we can have access to books: borrowing or buying. While millions are borrowing books, I still think buying them best suits me and gives me the greatest pleasure.

Many people choose to borrow books. For one thing, borrowing books can save us huge amounts of money. For another, if we borrow books from the library or friends, we normally have deadline to finish them. And consequently we can read more books in a limited time, just as a famous Chinese saying goes, “books can not be read unless borrowed.”

I believe that advantages for buying books are more obvious and compelling. Firstly, we can keep the books as long as we wish. Secondly, we can take whatever notes on the margin of the pages of the books. Finally, the process of selecting and keeping books can be a great fun.

My fellow students,

就是一定要做真题，把题做的透透的，基本上就没什么版问题了。

作文。就是要权背下来一些好的句子，还有好的框架，四六级的作文开头都是固定的，你可以事先背好，然后考试的时候一套，然后自己在根据题目加上一些话就可以了。

听力。就是平时多听，多练，把六级真题上的听力听明白了，反复的听。基本上就没什么问题了。闲暇的时间可以看看外国的电影，听听英文歌，都不错的。

快速阅读。就是先看题，找关键句子。基本就可以了。

阅读。里面会有好多生单词，把真题的生单词基本上都记住，能有个大概印象，就可以了。还有就是多文章关键句子的把握，每段的开头和结尾，还有很多动词，名词什么的需要注意。

完型和翻译。这个就是考验你平时的语感和对词组和单词的掌握度了。把平时做题遇到的都记下来，基本就可以了。翻译的时候如果对复杂的句子没把握的话最好用简单的。

不能对着一本单词书死记硬背的背单词。没有任何的实际意义，通过做题掌握的单词词组，以及累积的语感会真正的帮到你。
