多听多练。冲击波的有本专四听写50篇,那本还可以,语速和难度接版近真题。还有就权是多听多练10年真题的dictation,毕竟是真题嘛。而且陈汉生的专四指南也要多练(虽然里面的语速偏快)。dictation听第一遍的时候一定要注意听大意,理解文章,不要急着写;听第二遍的时候尽量都写出来,每句话至少要写出70%;第三遍的时候要注意听第二遍时没有听清或写请的句子、单词、短语(值得注意的是,听写的时候最好是听完一个句子后或者一个意群后再开始动笔写,否则很容易写了前半句忘了后半句);第四遍时就要开始检查了,着重听弱读、连读之类的单词、短语。最后两分钟的检查时间也很重要,检查单词拼写错误、语法错误、标点符号以及在写的时候是否有笔误。其实实际考试的时候dictation的选文还是比较简单的,贴近考生生活,考生较为容易理解。而且dictation的语速也不是很快,每个意群断句也比较短。改卷的时候这部分改的好像不是很严,我是09年考的,这部分的分数比我自己估分要高多了。反正多听多练就可以了,你们听力老师那应该也有很多dictation练习材料的,考前每天一篇,考试时就没有什么大问题了
