On the other hand, some young people keep the clear mind, they make themselves look perfect by doing exercise and keep balanced diet. Their purpose is not looking as good as movie starts, but for keeping fit. They don’t believe in the ads, they believe that lose weight not properly will hurt the body, so they pay special attention to the health.

另一方面，一些年轻人保持清醒的意识，他们通过运动和平衡饮食来让自己看起来完美。他们的目的不是为了像明星一样好看，是为了保持健美。他们不相信广告，相信不适当的减肥会导致身体受害，因此他们特别注重健康。

Loosing weight is hard work, even dangerous thing, if we are so blind to loose weight, we will lose our life. Young people should take care to the healthy way.

Fast food is becoming more and more popular in China, especially among children and teenagers. Today, nothing is more representative of the fast pace of modern society than fast food.

There are several reasons for its popularity. For one thing, it is fast and convenient. Go into a fast food restaurant, and your food will be ready in a minute. Precious time won’t be wasted waiting-in-line to order or waiting at your table for your food to serve. For another, its popularity is also attributed to the clean food, the excellent service and the comfortable environment of the fast food restaurants in American style.

I think that fast food isn’t healthy enough because it doesn’t compose a balanced diet and is low in nutrition. Fast food is only a good choice when you are in a hurry and we should turn to it only once in a while.

To begin with, most students will become more hardworking and efficient in order to finish the learning tasks satisfactorily. Moreover, with two degrees at hand after graation, they will stand a better chance in the job market full of fierce competition.
