先说我取得的高分，为了给大家一点努力的动力和听话的冲动；最重要的是我考四级时最后一周冲刺十分成功，很有些体会想跟大家分享！
单词，一切英语考试的瓶颈与根基，最后十天，一定坚持对重点词汇的记忆与巩固，保证每天早起（背新的）和睡前（复习）背半小时，主要看中英对照，用法不管。
听力，至少坚持每天连续听半小时，听真题，重点在找感觉，抓出题点，禁止裸听（听题前读题干）错题大声朗读三遍。
阅读，看真题，熟练考试的阅读方法（Fast Reading读段首，问题快速回原文定位，普通阅读一眼看出主旨句抓好主旨题、态度题），找自己的习惯性弱点（如：走思分心）。
写作，三段论搞定。两部分：传统议论文，背一套模板（开篇，论点123，总结句）；应用文，不好套模板，熟读书信、图表范文，把握好格式。
模考，一定要卡时间熟悉考试流程及时间分配，新题型真题，最好两天考一次，共3-4次。
综上，最后的冲刺一定要做，并且尽力用心的抱佛脚，关键并非去查错题、改错，而是找感觉，找应付考试可以跟着走的感觉，听力快速进入状态、克服容易分神的疲劳点，阅读熟练速度、抓住文章重点与出题点（必定是相对固定的起承转合等处），作文最易、仿照好范文用上模板即可。
10天足以，冲刺、用点心，一定比你想象中考的好！

每天听力是不可少的。。。然后就是练练你的弱项。。。不用再做整张整回张的十年真题。。。也不要做答任何模拟题。。。

把一个听力题，至少要听4遍，做到听清楚每一个词。这样听比泛泛的听要好的多

这样的方法确实在短期内效果明显
还要练习小声音听，也很有用的

把所要掌握的单词在这一星期内过一回遍，把没有记住的单词重点记忆答。
作文这几天，每天都要写一篇，保持手感。

听力，则要每天都去听，能够做题即可。

7. 英语四级考试还有10天，该怎么做

以我的经验来看。
首先应该听一套过去的听力题。
这一周就听这一套，专每天听两遍。
后半周把属听不懂的，看原稿给弄懂了，听力应该能提高20%
然后就是作文了。
自己挑3、4篇作文的例文来背。然后默写。
考试的时候一定能派上用场。
