第一段引入要讨论的话题。也就是现在人们在普遍讨论一个话题：是否应该使用一次性塑料袋。而你的观点是……（应该/不应该）ok，第一段结束。
第二段，陈述几条理由来支撑以上你的观点（如觉得“应该”：便宜、使用方便、可以多次利用等；觉得“不应该”，则：不可分解，污染环境，不利于可持续发展；不合格塑料袋装有毒危害人类健康等等）反正能够自圆其说就行。
第三段，一两句话简单总结。
其实都有套路的，熟悉了就很简单了。
