作文很好解决的，我自己刚上大学时四级作文都是10分左右，自己用了一些小技巧以后每次不是14就是15（我们老师批的）。在大学里我给我同学开过四级作文的讲座，效果还不错。四级作文关键是要写的有新意，不能落俗套，不能用背用烂了的句式写。其实论述的逻辑严密成都没有什么要求。网上去搜，多得是，那些所谓的“四级写作必备xxx句”什么的，有时候真的很管用。短期提高就考这个了。
还有一些词汇要创新，比如important，要用critical,significant,crucial等高级的词汇替换；people这样的要用city dwellers,residents；更高级的像minds,hearts,cynics，carbon等等。几乎每一类词汇都有相应的高级形式，我总结了好多，写作文的时候稍加替换档次立马提高。。。。。。
长期想得到提高嘛，建议找一本英文原著的小说或者简单的诗集（泰戈尔的飞鸟集是我见过最简单的，写作文时我经常化用里面的句子，效果非常好）

楼主的听力没有问题，就坚持住就行了，不能断了练习。

阅读其实不怪楼主，因为真正优质的阅读题很匮乏，只有历年真题的阅读之高质量的。其他的模拟题的阅读，一共错5、6个都正常，因为质量实在是不高，建议拿真题练习，很快就能提高的

翻译分很少，我觉得填上，不出错就好了吧

完形填空说真的，和高中差不多，只要练的量够就没问题

单词，我认为，重在参与，该记得有印象，写作文时不要出错，听写的能写出来就行。我都没怎么记的，说实话单词决定性不大。要是实在想背，推荐一本书叫“英语词汇的奥秘”，我们老师
推荐的，非常好。

总之，选择好的材料非常重要，建议拿真题练习
